The hotel staff was really kind and helped me to find an ATM and with other things. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food and one of the waiters told me a lot about Tamil culture and life in his village. My room and the hotel are very clean and possess a separate shower.

I first had troubles finding the hotel, yet, the people of the neighbourhood knew the hotel and could me guide to it.

Wow, the Saibaba is so nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly. My room was HUGE and the shower with the window looking out into the room was so lovely. Very comfortable bed and just overall a really nice place. I'd definitely stay here again. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi a staff member was in my room within minutes helping me. Thank you.

The hotel attracts mid and high range customers but it lacks touristic servcies to stayers. It would be good to have a 1) Travel desk able to offer sightseeing packages 2) Site map of hotel and the vicinity , highlighiting the key shopping and fun activty areas

Room is clean. Staff are very friendly especially the restaurant staff and the reception desk staff. Breakfast is delicious and the food options are satisfactory. Location is convenient to reach the shopping areas. Wifi user ID and password are unique and the security breach is not possible to the best of my knowledge.

Wifi is slow perhaps due to full occupancy during festival season.

I stayed at the Sai Baba Hotel for 4D3N with my parents. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast spread was decent and we really enjoyed it. The bathroom facilities and the room, in general, are decent for the price paid. The hotel staff are all really friendly and helpful and we really appreciate how swift they were with our requests.

I think that the hotel restaurant's service could be a little better outside of the breakfast hours as we did have lunch on the first day of our stay and we had to wait long for our food, even though it was actually delicious.

The bedroom was wonderfully furnished and decorated as was the bathroom with a lovely shower. Rooftop cocktail bar and place to sit was an added benefit, and the gentleman man ran was a Star.

Tea and coffee at breakfast was always too strong. Food was good.

I think their restaurant is letting them down. Top floor, outside area not very clean, dirty tables. They just need a good scrub. Restaurant was not very clean tables. Staff did not speak English. We were not brave enough to eat dinner. We eat outside.

The hotel was located in a prime location, making it convenient to get to many places. The staff was amazing—very helpful and patient. They were always willing to assist us with booking taxis or autos to get anywhere. My stay at the Saibaba Hotel was definitely pleasant.

Located in the central and easy access to amenties. About 10 mins Working distance to shopping. The breakfast was good, they have live station for thosai. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They even provided us with an extra bed. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.
