The rooms were clean and spacious. Smelled great, has a modern look and easily accessible to main shopping areas like Pondy Bazaar and T Nagar. There was a lift too. Breakfast was good and worth it.

The hotel staffs could have been friendlier, very serious all the time. We Stayed for 3 nights, but tissues were not topped up, even after requesting. Can walk to the metro to take a train to and from the airport, but this was not suggested by the hotel, the staff asked to take a taxi which was RS1000 to the airport. Added on an additional mattress in one room which costed almost the same amount as an entire room, which the staff said was an upgrade to a bigger room (paid for the upgrade) .But the said bigger room was the same size as the normal rooms. The additional mattress that we paid for was only set up at 11pm after reminding the staff more than 4 times and was stained too. Didnt want to argue much as it was for my elderly parents and I didn’t want to move them so much.

Very nice place with aircon and hot water, wifi worked.

Electricity was off for few moments during the day, but not a big deal. Breakfast very basic but with coffee.

When we made a reservation at least 1 month earlier, we specifically asked, if possible, to give us a room on a higher floor with a nice view. When we checked in, we were given the room on the first floor facing the wall. Also, when we got into the room, we noticed they changed the sheets and cleaned the room itself, but apparently they forgot to change towels after the previous guest. When we politely brought it to their attention, they replaced old towels with one new towel, for both of us, so we had to ask them to give us the second towel. Once the check-in was ironed out, everything else went perfect.

Great location. Comfortable bed and clean washroom. I think it was too nice and I loved it. I even loved the breakfast.

Not sure if I like the staff to be honest. i take some peanuts from the counter which was priced at 85 INR but they charged 150 INR for the same. Also the guy at the receiption has very little information about the place as he was from a different state. They should staff which can help people with information. Room size was also very short.

Hi the staff was very good very friendly. The. receptionist was very friendly nd all other staff . The rooms were very clean .

The breakfast selection could have included some English breakfast.Other wise the South Indian breakfast was a bit spicy for our taste. I will definitely come back

The hotel rooms are all fine need and clean and class was super nice only I'm dispointed in the bath which has smell during each flush and the mozekz are dirty hope the management can take more responsibility for this issue..mostly I find rooms in chennai are OK but the washroom are truly bad..pls consider this issue. Otherwise everything was ok

Breakfast buffet was great with many options like aloo puri, vada, idli, sambar, kesar halwa, sewayian, pongal, corn flakes, fruits, muffins, bread and butter, tea and coffee. The menu changes daily and offers variety.

When they called and asked for payment beforehand in spite of having my card details when booked through booking.com. No other hotel does that. Can understand asking for payment while checking in.

Mr. Abdul the accountant came forward to help us when our return taxi to airport did not arrive on time. It was difficult to find a taxi since there was a kovil function happening on that road. Mr. Abdul along with the other staff who were there on the 31st August night managed to get a hotel vehicle which was impossible to move since a guest had blocked and Parked the hotel vehicle to send us to the airport. Excellent Mr. Abdul your team work along with the other staff who were there that night. Great team work. Will definitely return.
