It is in a quiet place, so tranquil. The breakfast was good and tasty. On the first morning it consisted of boiled eggs, banana, puri bhaji and tea. On the second morning it was boiled eggs, dosa-chutney-sambar and tea. I stayed in a room for 3 guests, room 405. It was quite spacious with one king bed and one single bed. There is a balcony as well. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and toilets were clean and had geyser. Staff was polite and helpful.

There was no intercom, so you have to walk to the reception for any request. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood means there are not a lot of stuffs or points of interest nearby. TV set increased the overall decor but was non functional. Linens were not clean.

The location is good. Communication to places from the Stay is good one. The location is neat and clean and the staffs are good. The hotel has proper connection as it seems to be in a posh area. As it is a Eco-Stay (Home Stay) and not having a Canteen, getting food/Tea is tough one as you have to move out to nearby market.

The room doesn’t have smart tv so spending time was a bit tough. The Cable TV has major South Indian Channels and little Hindi & english channels. I booked for my family (we have three members), but the bed is enough for two people only. The WiFi was bit slow during my stay.

It is good for money. Bed is comfortable and facilities are present like AC, small tv, toiletries including towel, handwash and body wash,, one chair and teapoy. They provided complimentary basic breakfast too which is good. Staff behaved well. Did not ask for extra payment like I have seen in some other reviews. Location is near to Nandanam metro which is 650 metres away.

One tube was working. There are other bulbs in room which does not work. We wanted to switch on a less intense light. Staffs stay in a hall like area which is right in front of the rooms which is not good for privacy. It is better if they have a different place to sit. Better towels can be provided. One issue with location is that Uber riders were not accepting ride. Not sure why. But it's ok since we can just walk to nearest metro.

Staff area is adjacent to rooms, outside noise is often heard in the room, slightly expensive for people on a budget, the lanes around the hotel have stray dogs at night so you cannot walk through the area

Ac and fan has only one working mode, ac shows 18deg feels 25ged, no option for increase or decrease fan speed, hand shower is leaking.

It was a great stay, the space was very clean, silent and peaceful. It was quite close to the metro which enhanced further travel. Overall a decent place to stay at good rates.

The room was very clean and spacious, well maintained and worth the price. Staffs were also very accommodating!

There was some musty smell in the building but pretty much thats it. Nothing major to complain about

Staff and clean rooms

My Room was displayed in your website as King bed, but its queen bed and the location has no King bed. Its a false information which is available in your booking site. I was really disappointed after reaching the room and there was no option for me to Cancel my booking, this is really bad exp.

The staff was helpful in an unintrusive way. They minded their own business but were helpful whenever needed. The stay was safe and comfortable.

The breakfast was ok, pretty decent.

Very good staff, Mahes&Damodara are very kind. Front office person was good. This is our 2nd stay @Treebo(Goa&Chennai)

Geyser is very small, you need to wait for 30 minutes for one bucket hot water(fill half bucket & wait for 10 -15minutes again fill hot water) .
