I had an amazing time staying at the en-suite 3 bedroom apartment. The place was super clean, the rooms and the bathrooms were spotless and well-kept. It felt really comfortable and homely. Breakfast was delicious and always delivered right on time. Check in and check out were super easy, no hassle at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful they even went out of their way to book my cousins bus ticket from Chennai to Kanyakumari big thanks for that! The apartment’s in a great spot too close to a bunch of big stores and shops so it was really convenient to grab anything I needed. Overall a lovely stay clean place, great food, and amazing people. Would definitely stay here again!

The only issue was that the address wasn’t sent beforehand, so we ended up at the wrong location initially

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the 3 BHK apartment. The overall experience was excellent — the apartment was super clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very tidy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location is a major plus — with shops, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance. Very convenient for families. The service was top-notch! The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Each morning, we were served breakfast directly to our room, which added a special touch to our stay.

Rooms and property were clean. The managers Sunny and Bala were very responsive to our requests. The staff on site were very helpful and cheerful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the folks are trustworthy. We stayed there twice (two one-week stays). We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for a family of 4. Rooms were spacious. There is also a large sitting area and a dining area. Kitchen was well equipped and included a microwave. Breakfast was delivered by 8:30 am. It's a South Indian breakfast with idli, dosa, vada, pongal or upma combination. We requested only 3 breakfasts as it was more than sufficient for 4 of us. There's a department store at Raja St about 50 m from the hotel for any supplies (milk, coffee, etc) we needed. Mathsaya restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk. They have great buffets all day. We would also order and pick up in case we came back late. There are also a number of restaurants in the Pondy Bazaar area (Adyar Ananda Bhavan, Geetham, etc) within walking distance (walking anywhere in the city is a challenge due to the condition of the sidewalks). There is also Nanu's Kitchen (catering service) a few houses away and you can order meals from there and the staff can pick it up. The apartment has laundry service. They pick up by 8 Am and deliver the next morning. The location is great. It is less than a 5-minute walk to Pondy Bazaar. It is actually easier to walk to Pondy Bazaar as Metro rail construction work around Panangal park has caused a traffic mess. You have to take a circuitous route to get there due to one way and road closures. Natesan Park is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It's a really nice park with a walking track and lots of activities ( exercise equipment, yoga and meditation classes. It's very clean inside the park and I would take a 5-mile walk inside every morning. The apartment is right next to the Agasthiyar Temple.

No issues during our stay.

The most thoughtful, caring and listening care personnel (Hari and Megha) at location at Laxmi; location to central Chennai; the spacious environment in apartment; bathrooms for each room, large beds, cleanliness level was good compared to many, the lift, kitchen, a sweet charming Tommy the Dog and entertaining talkative Meow the White Cat. Ease in payment with personnel dropping by just before checkout.

The not comfortable living room set (no cushions for back), not sufficient chairs at dining for 5 person rental; the pillows that were ultra hard and uncomfortable, a couple of torn pillow cases, not fitting bedsheets for size of bed, limited plates and dishes (only plastic so unable to use it in microwave), no hot water in one of the bathrooms. Missing breakfast even if it was included in reservation and price.

What a beautiful and convenient place it is. There were 7 of us, and we booked 2 apartments in total. They have more than one block. Maybe 2 or 3. Before arriving, I had already informed the staff of my check-in time, and he prepared everything accordingly. Sadly, we were initially separated by two different blocks. We are a bit upset since we came as one family group. Upon request, the manager managed to change it the next day by joining us in one block but at two different levels. That’s fine. Better than the previous plan. Free breakfast was provided for all five mornings. They were truly delicious. I’m so happy with the local cuisine. The facilities were amazing. TV with local channels, air- conditioning, cabinets with mirrors, and cupboards with shelves in each room. There are two rooms in each apartment. Only one room has an attached bathroom. This service apartment is very clean and hygienic. We will consider coming back here again in the future, as the location is very near the city center. You can get the auto (local public vehicle) just outside of the apartment. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and grocery stores near this apartment. I would like to compliment the staff too. They were very helpful and friendly. 

On all five days, we were given the same type of breakfast. That’s quite disappointing for us. From the fourth day onward, they were boring to us. Sorry to say this. However, two choices of hot drinks were provided: Masala tea and coffee.

the apartment is very spacious, very clean and well - provisioned with a full kitchen. The location in T Nagar is convenient to most Chennai attractions, the clothing district and pondy bazaar, and there are grocery stores nearby. The hosts (Balaji and Hari) are attentive and accomodating to any specific requests. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned. The central living space has fans, but no A/C. Just bear this in mind if you visit in summer (July / August).

The folks at Sree Devi went above and beyond for us, with generous breakfasts every morning, water bottles on demand, and excellent laundry services. It was hugely helpful to us to have a common area to unwind so we much preferred our stay to a hotel. Whenever we had minor issues, their staff came up immediately to resolve it. Also, it’s in a great, accessible location right next to a very peaceful and beautiful temple, but is sheltered from the T Nagar chaos. Will definitely stay again!

Most things we didn’t like were out of their control, mainly mosquitos that we hadn’t prepared for. Don’t be like us and make sure to bring enough bug spray for your whole family!

I had a wonderful stay at this service apartment The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, and the facilities made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Everything was great! Checking in was simple, a tasty South Indian breakfast was delivered to the room every morning and varied by day which was awesome. Staff were very helpful, and it was abundantly clear that the staff did sincerely care about our experience at their hotel. Location was ideal, as it was walkable to the main restaurants and shopping in T Nagar, and very easy to get an Uber to anywhere else in the city. The room was large with multiple bathrooms, a kitchen and a lot of space. Overall wonderful experience.

The wifi wasn't working well in the bedrooms, but it was working well in the main room and dining space.

Sreedevi Residency truly feels like a home away from home. The hotel apartment offers simple yet excellent facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are very neat and clean, complemented by flexible and awesome room service. Simple South Indian breakfast with fruits gives you all the energy to kick start your day. The added convenience of a washing machine and a terrace for drying clothes makes it perfect for longer stays. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy and homely experience!
