Nice location. Not too much of frills but the rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I could sleep well! Breakfast was up to the mark. Staff at all corners of the hotel were very courteous. Bravo!!

The hotel need to switch to odourless pest control, as I could feel strong smell especially in the bathroom. Food standard at the rooftop Bar could be improved.

This is a value for money hotel and I will not hesitate to go back. It's located just about 2km from the busy part of T Nagar, on a quiet lane. The breakfast spread was decent and the quality of food was excellent. All the items served by the restaurant for lunch and dinner were well prepared. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and attentive. The reception staff were very professional too.

The windows do not offer any view but this was fine as there was enough daylight streaming into the room. The coffee served for breakfast does not really taste like the authentic South Indian filter coffee. They could improve on this.

It was clean, rooms were well maintained. The bed was comfortable, a huge working desk was provided. Overall a comfortable stay. In- house dinning food was good too.

The bathroom hairdryer switch was not working which was fixed, but they took a long time after repeated ask at the reception to send a person to fix it. However the staff were polite and sweet people.

Location wise very very convenient to alot of shops in T-Nagar. Breakfast was very good. South Indian and Simple Western. Dosa, Eggs & Poori Live station available.

Found the place abit dusty. If they can do something about the dust that will be good.

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Having a fitness centre was a plus point. Quick check-in process. Room was spacious and clean.

Aircon was not working properly and didn't cool the room as per the temperature set. A couple of power trips (properly because of heavy rain) but normal power resumed quickly.

Location and quality. The room extension was very easy and professional.

The reception staff at night needs more training. The word welcome was necessary when receiving a guest. Check -in time shouldn't exceed 5 minutes. All info should be given during check-in.

The property is super clean and well maintained compared to many hotels i stayed nearby

The hotel has a rooftop bar where me and friends went for. A fight broke out and the incident was poorly managed by the bar management which caused severe facial injuries to me and my friends

Clean , comfortable, peaceful, good food, friendly, courteous. Very good service. Specially Leela and Suresh at the restaurant, and Rajesh and the young lady at the reception.

Nothing really! Rather suggestions 1. Napkins are must in the restaurant. Tissues are not enough. 2. Finger bowls would be nice after lunch and dinner at the restaurant 3. Washroom inside restaurant should be kept clean.

Housekeeping could have been better; wifi can be better, especially the smart TV depends on the bandwidth to load all programs and every two minutes it waits for loading, so a two hour movie can be 5 hrs

Very impressive place . Value for money, close to amenities and shopping places Clean and presentable Staffs were pleasant. I was not well during my stay and kitchen staffs made a point to prepare proper lunch and dinner and sent to room. Good breakfast spread.

The bedsheets shd be changed prior to new customer's check in
