Location and easy access those are the stuffs like from this location. Food was good. Friendly staff, we need to extent our stay in chennai , Hotel staffs helped to get this sorted.

No Coverage inside the hotel. One side of the hotel doesn't have entry for natural light, The room which we used to stay needs be lights ON all the time when we are in the room. AC is not working

Hi, From Sri Lanka I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 4 nights, from 11th August to 15th August, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel itself is excellent, and the staff and facilities were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Although I’ve forgotten their names, I want to thank them sincerely for their kindness. The check-out time was 11:00 AM, but they kindly allowed us to stay until 12:30 PM without any extra charges, which we really appreciated. The food was also very good, especially the Indian breakfast, which was a great experience for us as foreign guests. On some days, we ordered lunch and dinner as well, and the service was prompt and the food was delicious. A special thank you to Mr. Mani and his kitchen team. Mr. Mani personally visited each table, spoke kindly with guests, and made sure everyone was served well. His entire team was polite, professional, and efficient. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and very calm, which helped us relax and enjoy our stay. I’ve visited India several times, and I can confidently say that this hotel has been the best experience so far. Thank you once again to the entire team for providing exceptional service. Loved the ease of access, no steps at all, highly recommended for the elderly, friendly staff, lots of potential to improve the entire experience.

The rooms could be maintained better, had to request them to change the sheets as they were stained. Absolutely no hygiene at the breakfast buffet :(. If this is leveled up it'll change the entire experience.

The service and helpful staff requires top rating. Can’t say more how helpful the staff were.

The owners of the property didn’t give any care to how the room were. It was tired old and the paint was chipping off the wall. AC was barely working. Again not to blame the working staff who were excellent. The business should do more to maintain the room itself. Lighting was broken. I can imagine the staff would be underpaid for the excellent job they are doing.

Overall it was a splendid stay, the rooms were neat and today. The beds were comfortable. Clean linens. The staff were so kind and helpful. Ideal to stay back with family or even solo travel for women. They were very accommodating. For Chennai, I would say they maintain cleanliness and are attentive to calls and requests. Highly recommend Vijay at the front desk, and the team as a whole.

My mom wished the breakfast could be better as the options were less. Nevertheless, you could order food from the room if required. ( quite reasonable)

Location, staff, room, toilet, balcony and WiFi.

The stairs are kept dark in the night probably after 10 or 11 pm. They should not be. They can keep a 5 or a 7 watts LED lamp on. And the absence of any wall hangings like a painting or photo and full lighting make one feel like living in an old, uninhabited bungalow. Sort of gives a slight feeling of eeriness. They can light the corridors with some bright LED lamps. Hang some pictures on the walls to make it more contemporary.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within a short walking distance to several different areas with casual restaurants, cafes and shops. We didn't eat breakfast here but did eat one evening meal at the restaurant. Although the restaurant looks very basic and isn't to the same aesthetic standard as the hotel, we did think the food was tasty. We would stay here again if we were back in Chennai.

This hotel is fitted out really good.i was very pleased with my room.good wi fi .tv and a table and chairs..very comfy pillows and bed. great staff ,they responded straight away to my whatsapp mesage for my request to check in at 10.30 am .after arriving at the airport not long beforev..excellent service! I reccomend this place!

Not much around the streets nearby but get an uber app and can pay cash dirrectly to the tuk tuk driver for really cheap rides around the city and they arrive straight away outsiide the hotel..to the airport was only 185 rupees for a 30 minute ride

Most importantly the location is great for travelers.I liked the attitude of the staff and Management who were outstanding & commendable. I loved that they were able to assist and direct us on.bookings, queries on travel. We Felt very safe and.secure in the hotel, therefore returned several times from our travels to the same hotel as it is central and easy for shopping, taking trains and buses for long journeys. It felt like I was among my family. It boasts big clean and airy balcony rooms. This hotel met all our needs more than adequately.
