Perfect location, close to (less than 500m) from T.nagar shopping Breakfast-delicious (Vegetarian restaurant)- excellent staffs at the front reception, house keeping and in the restaurant as well. Friendly and supportive staffs- particularly Mrs Aruna-what a friendly, kind and supportive person. we stayed with family with kids, she helps to navigate the local area and assisted with all our needs. At the front reception, other staffs members were also helpful and they all doing exceptional work. Security staffs- they are kind and always be there for guests. Housekeeping boys- friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking- what a team-excellent service- highly recommend and will stay in future travelling as well.

This is a really nice and clean hotel in the heart of west Mambalam. Ms Aruna is very accommodating and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful. Sometimes, there are communication issues like with hotel breakfast or ordering coffee which was solved upon informing Ms Aruna. The hotel is very clean and if we request for something, they will try their best to accommodate us. I liked the availability of a paid laundry service which was quite convenient. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide reusable and refillable drinking water bottles or jugs instead of single use water bottles to be more sustainable. I used to refill my own water bottles from the hotel on floor 1. 2. Purchase more hair dryers, so that all guests have access to it rather than passing around a single hair dryer around the hotel. 3. Communication between the hotel and the restaurant needs to be clearer as there seemed to be some miscommunications and different procedures for coffee and breakfast on different days.

Courteousness and cooperation of staff. They listen, and was willing to go that extra mile to keep us comfortable. I had multiple room bookings and they addressed an unexpected cancellation gracefully, even when they had an option to refuse it. Never experienced such customer friendliness before. Their professionalism is outstanding. The infrastructure is either new or recently renovated. The corridors, rooms, bathrooms etc are clean and well maintained. The on-premise restaurant is a pleasant one to dine. We had traditional food for lunch and breakfast and that was very good. Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home.

Parking space is available right at the porch area is limited to 6 or 7 cars. Better inform them during reservation that you need parking space. Their staff will help you to manage the parking.

STAFF: The Staff are EXCEPTIONAL. They attend to every request, besides they even anticipate every request. Every time you walk into the reception, they offer you water, they inquire after your comfort, whether you have any room, restaurant, housekeeping, laundry or other needs/ requests. They are all warm, welcoming, and attentive to the guests needs and wishes. Ms. ARUNA, the Reception Head, was so kind to me. I needed a tailor on an emergency basis, and she personally walked me over to the tailor across the street, and he did a very nice job on a blouse I had stiched. Besides, Ms. ARUNA, Mr. AJITH, Mr. RAHUL, the Manager, the housekeeping staff, they were ALL accommodating my requests every day. They booked cabs for me, they had my clothes laundered for me in time, they charged my laptop when my charger broke, I cannot thank them enough. It seemed like every day I had a new request that they were only too happy to fulfill immediately and well. FACILITIES/ LOCATION: Well apppointed rooms, comfortable beds, CLEAN rooms, modern furnishings and all this in a central location very close to the main shopping area. Uber/ Autos/ Cabs readily available and the location is central, so you can get to anywhere in the city relatively fast.

I've been here for almost 2 weeks. The reception staff were always very kind, helpful and reachable for any requests. The location is near to mambalam station so you can easily reach any destination easily. The restaurant provides tasty and fresh meals. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

As a foreign person eating at the hotel's restaurant it would be helpful if the more of the staff in the restaurant could speak english. Of course you can try with some tamil words to place your order!

From the time I checked in, every process was exceptional in terms of reception, on boarding time and checking in room. The roow was literally amazing in terms of all facilities fom bed to bathroom. The staff are very friendly and swift in responding to your calls and they took care in such a way that you never have anything to complain. The distance from the hotel to main destinations is an added bonus and the neighbourhood is nice with lots of options for food, medical needs et al. It was a great experience staying in there and will definitely try once again when i Visit

Loved everything about the hotel! From check in, to room service, the house keeping and even the restaurant within the hotel! Special shout-out to Ms Aruna for giving us some tips on places to visit, and being really helpful and also to the housekeeping boys who did a really good job at cleaning the room really well every single day!

The hotel is on the busiest road, but a little hard to get auto at times. Was also a little challenging to direct auto drivers from other locations back to the property. (We are not familiar of the roads) The handwashing area at the restaurant could do a little bit of updating, would definitely be a lot better 😃

The stay was fantastic Good staff and good hospitality Newly renovated hotel with all the new furnitures , beds are soo comfortable and also the bathroom fittings are of premium quality Rooms are extraordinary, cleanliness is up to the mark 5 star ⭐ for it and the washroom are with proper hygiene. All needy things they provided in the room no need to carry all that things . Main thing the restaurant was inside the hotel and it's pure veg with proper hygiene and with low cost . Overall all the staff are highly cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend this for solo and specially for families. Thank you V V GRAND for the best stay as I had visited in Chennai for the first time and it feels like homely .

The location was ok coz it's quite crowded in the pick hours and unable to book the OLA or UBER in that timing coz of traffic but that's doesn't matter alot Otherwise it's a peaceful stay .

The was an aliveness about Chennai that we enjoyed. First time here and after a long journey from the UK the hotel was the perfect balance of being quiet, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly! The hotel is also within walking distance of the station and we passed a great juice bar. Breakfast was delicious and our rooms felt clean, comfortable and safe. This would be our first choice next time we are in Chennai! Bed was comfortable and a good atmosphere to the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful ready to help at anytime. Special thanks to Aruna and Ajith who went out of the way to help in every aspect. The food was also very tasty and clean and the restaurant staff was also very nice. Only problem is the location bit conjested and too crowded. But the staff at the reception helped us with booking taxis etc..we felt like home the 4 days we spent there and their hospitality makes us going there again. Hats off to the staff there 👏 specially Aruna and Ajith.😘😘
