I stay here everytime I come to Chennai, it is my safe place and home away from home. The location is amazingly close to the centre and all amenities. I come here for treatment and the hospital has accommodation however I prefer to stay at the hotel and navigate my own way around.

What I didn’t like was outside the hotels control this visit was the weather far too hot in April.

We were delighted to return for a second visit to this beautiful calm sanctuary in the heart of Chennai. You could literally be in the centre of the country side, it’s so quiet and surrounded by stunning trees. The buildings are so lovely with real character. The roof garden is a perfect place to sit and relax in serenity. What makes this place even more special is the fantastic, friendly and helpful staff team.

There is nothing to dislike.

Lovely peaceful location

The hot water tap didn’t work at all in my room and they didn’t fix it or seem to know how to or even care despite numerous attempts. They swapped my room when I notified them and then checked my friend into the same room later. It was late night when he discovered that. What sort of logic is that. If the hot water tap didn’t turn for me it wouldn’t miraculously turn for someone else 30 mins later

Location, situated in a very quiet residential area, very green and away from the city bustle yet at a stone’s throw from the city centre. Warm welcoming staff make the stay wonderful Great restaurant with freshly cooked meals Fabulous coffee Laundry services very efficient Greenery within and surrounding the property Architecture and grounds

Rooms need modernising esp ground floor felt damp

It was an oasis in the heart of Chennai. Gorgeous architecture, lovely places to sit peacefully. The garden terraces, full of flowers and surrounded by trees was magical. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. The dining area was so pretty and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was great- best veg biriyani I’ve ever had, the breakfast pungal super too.I only wish I’d booked a longer stay.

The only thing that would have made it more perfect was a pool.

- Amazing, quiet location in one of the most exclusive areas of Chennai. - Sound of birds is near constant. - Great breakfast in the restaurant. - Amazing neighborhood to go for a nice walk in the morning or evening

- Nothing that I can think of. - We took the small rooms. Next time we stay here, we will may be try one more than the small.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I arrived 07:00 after having a bad experience in another hotel. The staff did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was much more comfortable than I had expected. I will be returning and will recommend to family and friends.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I loved this guesthouse a little peace of tranquility in the centre of Chennai equal distance to all amenities. I will definitely return. The food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you. The room was spotless clean and tidy, and I felt safe and very comfortable. What I liked the most is that there is no rush with anything checking and checking out. Whatever you do listen to their advise as it could save you time and money❤️

Nothing to do with the guesthouse, only situations outside there control but they did warn me and I listened and learned a lot about how to get around and what to look out for.

I stay here every time I come to Chennai the location is amazing. Central and close to all amenities and the staff are attentive and friendly.

The only thing that couldn’t be helped is the mosquito bites but that the lay of the land.

Location, the quiet locality, the courteous staff and nearness to the business areas

They can do better with inroom decor. Do a little. More on the quality of the beds. So in all I'd just say that with a little more appointment inside the rooms the place would be as good as any other premier facilities in the area. Am obviously comparing with Savera which charges the same amount of money.
