The hotel was good and was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean.

The indifferent attitude of the reception staff. Had booked for 3 nights and by the second day there was some change of plans and we had to travel back after 2 nights. When asked to conceal the third night stay, the staff initially said will speak to manager and have it cancelled. But the manager was adamant and refused to do so. So we had to pay for 3 nights (for a 2 night stay). Need to be compassionate.

Centrally located. Staff (especially at the Restaurant) were good. Usually we book Hotel stay inclusive of Breakfast. This time something is missed and we never knew the breakfast wasn’t included for the recent stay. We went straight into the restaurant thinking it’s included. Staff at the restaurant were polite enough to inform that the plan wasn’t inclusive and provided a good breakfast package to manage.

Room size is small for a couple / family. May be adequate for single occupancy.

The ambiance was good. The staff were courteous and friendly. The location for our purpose was ideal.

On the last day of our stay, there was a party on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The music was played so loudly till 11 pm and was an absolute nuisance. It would be nice if silence was maintained especially in night.

Rooftop bar and lowerdeck dance pub with tamil music are very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Nungambakkam is central and once of the more interesting districts in Chennai so the hotel location is also good.

The internet in my room was very bad, also the captive portal was extreme aggressive and popping up few times a day, this is the really only one negative aspect.

The staff was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was good, very spacious, lovely shower and a comfy bed.

Very noisy nightclub above our room, with base pumping right through you when trying to sleep. I had earplugs (an absolute must) but still struggled to sleep one night due to the noise.

Everything was very good. It was an official stay for 6 days. From.the security to the check in, restaurant on the ground and top floor, house keeping and check out, everything was perfect. Mr John, at Tepin Chilli took great care for my non spicy food.

I liked the location, it was centre of Chennai. The room was cozy. Felt secured and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The room was not soundproof, hence can hear all the noise around the room. But it was manageable. The shower and hot water didnt work. But since, it was only 2 nights, and i decided to adjust with it.

The hotel has a modern and luxurious style. It has a variety of restaurants and bars in house. One of Chennai’s most famous night clubs is also located at this hotel. This can also be seen as a minor point for families that seek a quite place because Music can be heard until 1am midnight if you stay in rooms on the first floor. In my opinion this was still acceptable. Also the restaurant and the roof top restaurant are very nice. The service was always good, we were help with any request and the rooms are cleaned daily.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the WI-FI because you always get kicked out from connection as soon as you go into standby mode. So you always have to make sure the reconnect to not wast your mobile data.

The service was amazing . The front office manager Mr. Nelson Paul was the show topper at the hotel. A humble gentleman who is always keeping an eye on the guests needs and requirements to make the stay pleasant . The staff is with all smiles always. From door man Phillip to front desk Ahamed. The food was delicious. The varieties were splendid with a truly aunthentic indian variations with international buffet. We enjoyed well and hope to be back again.
