Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. There were enough options for kids also. Hotel staff was very good and they were very responsive to any demand. Never they said this cannot be done and all our demands small only got full filled in no time. Lunch and dinner options were good and food was as yummy as it could be. They were happily preparing non spicy food for the kid and my daughter liked the food very much.

Tea, Milk and cur rice could be little cheaper.

The location is great. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is spacious. Excellent place if you need to visit Apollo hospital chennai. Auto, Uber, Ola easily available. Very honest staff. Restaurant food is good. Many restaurants nearby - halal, veg, Jain - all available nearby. Hotel is spacious and rooms are nicely designed.

Its proximity and ease of finding restaurants and other daily necessities were just around the corner. The hotel smelled so fresh. Amazing

Dirty towels on arrival could have been checked and the towels had a typical stink in them for all the days, not sure if it is the storage issue where towels are stored or is because of the water in Chennai. But they smell very bad. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, even though it was hot outdoors. The breakfast has a wide variety and good quality. In room dining food was great too with reasonable pricing. The hotel is centrally located, in close proximity to many restaurants, banks, mosque and shopping centers. The staff, especially Rafique went out of the stay pleasant and comfortable.

Loved the location. The restaurant was very good. Staff was very helpful and amicable.

I didn't like the noise early in the morning on the floor. They communicate with housekeeping over a walkie that is very loud. The only other issue is housekeeping did not check the room every day. But those are minor, I would highly recommend staying here.

Prime location with easy access to Autos. Requests which were made during booking were fulfilled. Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff were helpful and kind. Comfortable beds.

The room walls were not soundproof. Some soundproofing should help. It will be also great if the wifi connectivity and speed are improved. A larger smart TV would be a good addition too :)

The rooms were clean, well maintained and super comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely choose the Belstead again. Would definitely recommend it as well.

The Valet left my car outside even though I had asked for it to be parked inside. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staffs service attitude was exceptional. Every staff member from all the departments exuded the service charm. Management has done a fabulous job in incalculuting service values.

The overall experience of great hospitality. Clean room and tasty food across genres of cuisine. Cleanliness throughout the hotel and courtesy of staff at all levels.

Absolutely nothing to write here so had a perfect stay at The Belstead

The extra bed given in the suite was terribly uncomfortable and the blanket given with it was poor. I had to request two to three times to change the blanket and then they provided. But the extra bed was very very poor. The breakfast food must include more variety of dishes. Some dishes are not good to taste. Also no chinese dishes are not available which is uncanny at this stage.
