Place was cosy and nice. Toilet was clean. Location is busy with some good shops.

The back of the hotel is stacked with cooking gas cylinders which is a huge threat. These cylinders I guess belongs to the restaurant Sangeetha. All these cylinders were placed close to the mini transformer. How are these risks being evaluated and safety ensured.

The location is excellent — just a short ride to both the VAC center in Nungambakkam and the US Consulate on Anna Salai. It made the whole visa process stress-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet — ideal for resting before and after appointments. The staff was courteous and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. A special mention for the in-house restaurant — we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food! The breakfast included south indian dishes which was very good. They also serve fresh, flavorful South Indian and North Indian food for lunch and dinner, and the service was prompt. After a long day, having good food just downstairs was a real bonus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai for visa-related work. Great location, excellent service, and surprisingly good food. We'll definitely be staying here again in case we happen to visit Chennai. A big thanks to the security gaurd who helped us manage with taxis and crossing accross the busy road.

Rooms should be more spacious, its feel so small

staff was really polite.my trip was really very comfortable.the location is awesome.very near the sankar netralaya and Apollo hospital. i had a long stay due to mother's eye surgery at Sankar Netralaya chennai and i had booked in advance uptill 29th aug 24 but due to sudden cancellation of my mom surgery i had to return back at 27th aug and to my surprise they refunded the money paid in advance. i am really grateful to the cordial staff at reception and esp Mr R.Siva who brought me medicines from the nearby pharmacy each and everytime i asked for laundry service is also very good i give 5 star rating to the hotel. thanks for making our stay pleasant

We are coming back to the hotel for the second time. Which shows that we really liked the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and guest service being provided by the staff.

I completely understand that offering a wide variety at breakfast can be a bit challenging. However, it would be wonderful to see a bit more variety, especially for guests staying longer than a week. It would make the experience even more enjoyable.

Incredible value for money. You get complimentary traditional south Indian breakfasts as well. The air conditioning is great and the staff is extremely friendly, available even at 3 AM. The owner was quite polite and even let us keep our bags and tour Chennai until our flight. The service staff is extremely accommodating as well. We were here for our US visa appointments, and both the biometric and consulate are equidistant from this hotel, about a 10 minute rickshaw ride.

The only complaint would be that our room smelled a bit like cigarettes, but we got rid of it with some deodorant.

After seeing a lot of reviews and hearing experience from my circle, I took the chance to visit the park Avenue hotel chennai The ambience was good and their inhouse restaurant was crowded even in the early evening, The staff are really very good specially front desk staff dharshini and manager was helping lot and santhosh night duty person also. It's really worth the money to stay at this place. The middle of the city has easy access everywhere.After my stay with park Avenue my next visit is also booked for the upcoming month. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and family members. I have told them not to look for the old reviews. They really are a good and nice place to stay safely .

Breakfast should be changed on the menu repeatedly daily.

Mine was a short stay as I had an appointment at the VAC biometrics and booked the room at the last moment. Location is perfect considering a 10-15 min walk to reach the biometrics center. Room was clean and neat and Wifi with good connectivity, they have a kerala style restaurant- Mishwar, and many food joints near the hotel. Staff were very courteous and gave the required information whenever I had reached out to them with queries.

Staff (Mr. Ravanan) were prompt and extremely helpful not just at check-in / check out, but also attentive towards needs during breakfast supporting kitchen staff to take orders. 3. On account of availability. Late checkout allowed, 1.00 pm. 4. Baggage handed off until 6.00 pm for onwards journey.. 5. Compact, comfortable rooms. Ample storage. 6. Within budget.

The points below did not matter since the pros exceeded the cons. This is for the rrecord and benefit of other travellers 1. No smoking area within the building. Had to step down. 2. Bathroom is a bit small. Space lost behind the door. 3. Compact room. 4. A side table on one side of the room only. 5. Charging points were used on swap basis. 6. A 3 pin plug could help effectively use charging points.
