From the moment I arrived at Hotel, I was treated to an extraordinary level of customer service that left a lasting impression. Despite my early morning arrival, well before the 12 PM check-in time, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One remarkable individual, Manivannan, took it upon himself to ensure I had a place to rest while waiting for my room. His attentiveness and kindness were greatly appreciated, especially after a long flight and battling jet lag. To top it off, I was treated to a healthy and wholesome breakfast on the rooftop, which truly brightened my day and set the tone for my stay. The hotel's array of services didn't stop there. They also provided a convenient money changer service, which came in handy during my trip. Throughout my stay, I found every staff member to be courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service was evident in every interaction. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The exemplary service and warm hospitality have ensured that I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to India. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel.

The Staff at this hotel are absolutely exceptional. The rooms are clean and very nice and have a balcony that opens out to the trees. The breakfast is delicious , the 24 hr security guards are outstanding and extremely helpful. The manager Mr Selvaraj is unbelievably kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t fault this property and would not dream of staying anywhere else while I’m in Chennai.

Breakfast is very good and 4 , 5 item., which personally I like. I had stayed in 7bstar, 5 star all big hotels. In complimentary breakfast so many items available, but we will take max 6 to 7 item. Ok. Good.

This is a service apartment divided into individual three bedrooms with a common hall and kitchen. There are six apartments containing 18 rooms in all. Accommodation was neat and clean. Surroundings were good. Parking facility was very good. Breakfast supplied was of good quality. Though restaurant is not available for dining the breakfast is served in terrace garden. Tea kettle facility is available in the room. The toilet facilities were clean with running hot water. Very much suitable for a couple stay at budget rates. The location and safety are superb. I will recommend this for visitors. Even families can stay by availing more than one room in one flat with common hall and kitachen.

basic restaurant facilities would have improved the usefulness of the accommodation. Mosquito issues in the room should be sorted out. Room disinfection to be done regularly to avoid small insects.

This location is very close to Loyola college, TNagar and Kodambakkam. The Cleanliness of the room. . Facilities including bed, bath, shower and Air-conditioning. Breakfast service was exceptional and very friendly staffs. With no doubt I would choose Treebo Trench ( Pechis Castle) at Nungambakkam without any second thought!

Nothing major to be called out. May be mosquitoes spotted in a while but Allout machi es helped in that case.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are so kind, courteous and helpful it makes it a pleasure to stay here. They have excellent local knowledge and were able to help with any special requests and travel arrangements. The rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. The food was delicious and it is a pleasure to have breakfast up on the roof. Five stars for this hotel I can’t fault it!

nothing really. for the price it is a steal. only thing may be breakfast. they start a little late. 9ish. and it is not made very clear that they can make dosas and omelettes to order. they do. so the breakfast is included in the price and is excellent.

The staff was super polite, helpful and friendly always. They made the stay very home like and comfortable.

The room could have used a bit more cleanliness in the bathroom and basic things were missing like a dental kit or atleast a toothpaste. The balcony rails were not clean.

Breakfast area needs a lot more decking up. Looks a little drab and needs improvement in sanity and cleanliness. Should provide chairs on the room balconies

we were on route to somewhere else and needed to break the journey. This hotel was perfect. It was clean and safe and within our budget Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The staff (especially on reception) were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist organised our follow on transport and was very efficient.

I didn’t like the road outside which was very busy and almost impossible to cross
