I liked the location, the service and the staff attitude. It’s part of a huge mall and in the center of the city. The rooms were very clean and the staff was so courteous, helpful and friendly. This is my impression of the hotel since I started saying here every year for the past 3-4 years. The breakfast buffet is veg and excellent!

I hate that they don’t have an iron in every room. It’s a basic amenity that should be part of every hotel. Also now they do have a gym but it could be much better. However it’s something I prefer not sure that many people look for that.

The hospitality of front desk was absolutely heart warming. Special thanks to Mr. Bala. We stayed in the suite room with a connecting room as my son and my father were both recuperating from surgery. The rooms were super comfortable and very spacious. Being connected to the mall was extremely convenient for us at such a difficult time.

The house keeping staff are very polite, however I think better management and training of house keeping staff would benefit the hotel. We had to keep asking for towels, etc. The worn and stained towels need a change. What really needs an overhaul is the breakfast spread. So limited options! The coffee is awful. Shame to famous Madras filter coffee, really! The serving staff are slow and look fed up. So that part of the stay was a total zero.

Vegetarian food for breakfast was good. But it would be good if you could also include eggs (boiled or Omelette) in your breakfast menu.

The bathroom door could not be locked. Toilet rolls provided were not enough but after we mentioned it to room service, they made sure that we had enough.

This hotel is attached to the Express Avenue Mall so it was convenient to do our shopping and walk back to our rooms. I liked the clean rooms and good spread of breakfast provided.

The front desk staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. I feel they may need some training to guide the guests when we ask questions.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before this visit. Chose it for its proximity to the Mall. Comfortable in many ways and it was up to my expectations.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent. And I loved the fact that the hotel was pure veg. That would be a disadvantage for people who prefer room service. Otherwise, since it is connected to the mall availability of non veg options is not an issue

Location, bigger rooms and better facilities

Staff should be more organised, they have me a room key and when I opened it I saw someone was already there, later the staff apologised and gave me another key, I felt bad.

the staff - too much of service oriented . that made up for somewhat below the expectations in terms of general cleanliness .

for me it is fine as am vegetarian. but someone who wants to egg non veg including eggs , could be in for some surprise as the dining was all vegetarian. no complaints as far as we are concerned and we were fine with that , but for some that could matter

Short guy in reception,with a mousetache, very antipatic.

Had a pleasant experience staying for 2 nights. The upholstery and linen were clean, breakfast had good options, all the staff were helpful. Due to incessant rains, we had problems in the TV channel reception which was resolved quickly. Reception staff were also great and helpful.

Though all visible areas and linen were super clean (am allergic to dust and I didn’t sneeze even once here, which was great), the area under the bed was very dusty. This is because bed is fixed and there were water bottles and dust from ages ago. Rooms 404 and 401.
