Staff and room was so good...

1) The staff at the reception counter were well-behaved. One of them pointed out to us that our room was not properly locked while we were going out. We are indeed grateful to him. 2) They helped us fetch an auto to the railway station.
1) The washroom door was broken. 2) The commode placed in the middle of the washroom looked awkward making the washroom difficult to use. Moreover there was no running water in the basin at the bathroom.

It was a very bed experience in the hotel. The room is full of bedbugs where you can not survive, don't book this hotel and they took the money offline and give check in and canceled the booking.Com booking information
