Good Ambience, well maintained rooms with good AC, and fans,

The Mattress need to be changed someone had earlier puked or dropped something on it it was stinking on one side. Secondly the small fridge or cooler has to be kept on. What if someone is carrying an insulin to be kept cool. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and the drops were falling on the head of the person sitting on the Commode.

The view from the sit out and the first floor balcony is very good. The room overlooking the lake. The pleasant lapping of the waves can be heard in the night. It will put you to sleep. The front desk always manned and ready to help. The instant check in. The sea across the property. The dining area was very comfortable and spacious. A crew that is ready to do your bidding.

The only thing that calls for improvement is a little focus on the food. It looked a little repetitive particularly for someone who stayed for 4 nights. A local dish was missing in every meal. That would have shown the outsiders a glimpse of the local cuisine. The kid's section in the pool is closed as also the games room. Hope it becomes operational fast.

Breakfast was good and filling. It generally felt comfortable. It had a lot of space within. So it was nice to simply walk around.

Unclean around certain villas due to the water rising. It was a bad first impression. Mosquitoes. The pool couldn've been open for a little longer at night.

Good ambience, good food, very cooperative staff. 1 call and 2 2 boys would be at your door for your help. Even though heavily raining. Liked the way they pampered you.

The Wheelchair was of very poor quality and it was very difficult to sit and get up from it due to my immobility problems i had to use the Wheelchair.

Good but not maintained......we were in view of Cherai beach resort stayed 7 years back and so decided to stay again......but nearly half of resort was under renovation. Still had fun and children loved pool time. Pool also need more cleaning and maintenance.

Non maintenance and limited facilities.

The staff team was really good. The management cooperative. The food was good too. Very prompt and attentive team. The location is good.

The pool could have been cleaned a little more with pool side benches repaired and some beach umbrellas put for shade. The other walk areas which had water bodies could be cleaned too. Some more activities could be provided. The check in could be at 12pm rather than 2pm. The AC outdoor unit was faulty and that needed to be repaired/ serviced. Some old broken furniture needed to be replaced.

Location, surroundings, customer service.

The cleanliness in the room could have been better.

Everything, reception, good nature ampere, room privacy, staff attitude, and also the food it was awesome.

Food was decent , pool facilities were good, backwaters were scenic and beach good for a casual morning walk not good for a dip.staff was courteous.

No morning coffee till 8
