This new hotel had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveller. The Owners, Management and Staff were very helpful kind and generous. I had asked the owners help to obtain a local Sim Card and they agreed. Sunil the Manager of the hotel took the kindness one step further and personally took me to the Vodaphone shop where he spoke with 2 lovely ladies who got me the Sim Card. On the day I was leaving Sunil drove me to the Station. A good hotel is all about PEOPLE . Whether they are kind and generous makes the big difference. I Recommend this Hotel. I thank Sunil for his help and personal time.

Location is peaceful. Staffs are all well mannered. Service is very good which we lag now a days in most of the hotels. Staffs all are calm and service oriented. Room is worth the cost. Its well arranged and equipped.

Great location if you are arriving from, or want to be near, the airport. Also is near various seemingly historical churches. Stayed one night when arriving late. Very very helpful and kind staff, even with communication challenges at times, willing to do what it takes to ensure you’re happy. Delicious food from the restaurant they work with - highly recommend you try the beef roast with paratha - it was sincerely one of my best meals in my whole trip in India. Excellent value for money too, as it’s new and modern. Recommended.

Not a negative just a beware - Location is great for the airport but not for being in the city. Also, wish the communication was easier and that I could have paid with credit card.

Good location close to airport to stop at for a few hours. Was safe (including for my wife, who spent time alone there) and the staff were friendly.

It is a bit noisy due to the train tracks nearby, and some of the other guests staying were a bit noisy at times, but nothing unmanageable if you have a short stay.

I booked for an overnight stay as we took the last flight to reach Kochi. They provide transport to fetch us from airport with small fee making our trip to the hotel hassle free, less then 10mins drive to reach the Hotel. The Hotel located exactly infront Jacobite Church. Room is decent with good A/C,comfortable beds and clean linen, water heater was perfect for shower. Room had all the basic amenities.

Compared to the rest of India, rickshaw/taxi prices from the airport are really high considering how close it is and only a 5 minute drive. The hotel could look to set up a set fare/shuttle to help this!

Staff were very friendly and ready to help always. Exceptional customer service

The facilities were very less. Toilet was not very clean, no toilet paper and basic amenities like towels face clothes etc were not very impressive

Ideal Location as it’s very close by airport . Best part was the cleanliness and amenities . Room and bathroom was very clean , room got all required amenities such as towels , soap, dental kit , bottled drinking water , smart TV etc . Service is good as well especially from Nizar as Shibin.

New building so everything was very clean. Excellent price and location is quite close to the airport. I walked in the early morning and it took me 20 mins to reach the airport. If they keep same fares, it is an excellent accomodation for a day
