We stayed as a family with three children for three nights. This was the last stop of our trip, and we decided to treat ourselves at the excellent Marriott chain. We booked two connected rooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had wonderful showers with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall very comfortable and relaxing rooms. The hotel has an excellent semi-Olympic swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was rich, varied, and very tasty. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the dishes we tried were delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of cozy seating areas. Cleanliness was top-notch in the rooms and all around the hotel. A truly wonderful and luxurious hotel! Highly recommended!

The Courtyard By Marriot was wonderful during my visit. The reception staff greeted me with cordiality and professionalism upon my arrival. Contemporary amenities and comfortable beds enhanced the impeccably clean, well-furnished rooms. Ideally located, at a brief distance from the primary attractions and dining establishments. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Any individual visiting Kochi would derive significant advantages from this lodging. I extend my sincere gratitude to all the staff who assisted me during my visit.

We arrived with the request of an extra bed, on arrival they actually offered an upgrade to a premium room which was great! All staff were friendly and helpful straight from our arrival by the entrance. We also had the lounge access which we had free beers and food with non veg/veg options. Great location and facilities and they arranged transport pick up to the airport within 5 minutes - really recommend this great hotel by the airport! Breakfast had multiple options

Would be good to have more explanation of the executive lounge and what it includes / where its located but after asking the helpful staff all was good. Initially they stated we had no access but I showed the booking and all was sorted! :) Breakfast dining area got quite hot with no air con but this is only a minor!

Everything! Especially the efficient,friendly staff! The reception organized a driver to spend the day with us doing last minute shopping etc Easy and efficient check in and check out. Our room was perfect for 1.5 nights. Stylish decor, a well stocked fridge and the beds were the most comfortable we've slept in ( better then our own beds at home) Great food! Good coffee! Also our 1.30 am wake up call was very much appreciated Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The food was really good, i would say expensive, but very good. the proximity to the airport and my eventual visiting location was really a good thing for me. Added to this, the courtesy of the staff right from the reception to the housekeeping staff till the chef was very much appreciated. while my order was mixed up, there was a whole load of apologies and a plate of dessert to appease me, i was only concerned with ensuring i was billed for the meal i was served. But the team went a step forward and didnt bill me at all for the food - this is customer service at its highest level, much appreciated.

Lack of clarity from the staff, i had repeatedly asked the staff whether the breakfast would be brought upto my room even though i had pay for the bed and breakfast and i was informed it would be possible. i cannot update this as a complaint as i knew that it was not possible, but the replies gave me false hope. Also, there was an order mix up as mentioned above.

Professional and courteous staff- Staff was courteous and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful stay. Dining options - Excellent Fitness facilities - I would consider staying at Courtyard by mariott kochi airport again and recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment

The Night Manager, Dheeraj, was superb He understood our problem of flight delays, arriving at 2.30 am and not getting a flight until Midnight on the 5th. He and the staff were attentive and accommodated our request. They were compassionate and flexible to us in stressful circumstances. Everyone was kind. We managed to get a bedtime beverage. The Hotel is the best to stay by far, at Cochin airport. A smart hotel, elegant, comfortable, stylish and super clean. Very comfortable beds.

Airport transfers to and from are great. Exceptional service. Breakfast was really great and had a variety of choices to choose from every day.

I booked an executive room with executive lounge access. When I checked in, I got a regular room and was told executive lounge access was only to the bar. We do not consume alcohol. It would have been nice to know that executive lounge access was only for bar and not anything else. We were a little disappointed about this.

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott with family and was thoroughly impressed! The facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly courteous and polite throughout my stay. What truly stood out was their dedication to catering to every guest's needs, making us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!"

The staff are friendly and the room is spacious

The buffet breakfast ends at 1030 and lunch menu starts from 12noon. If you do not go for their buffet breakfast and order in-room dining between 1030-12 there is only either idily or apam available. I think there should be more options available for customers who opt not to go for your buffet breakfast and wake up past 1030. Even a dosa was not available between that time. Nonetheless the staff, and place were spotless! The idily that i had was also fantastic. Overall wonderful experience and pickup from the airport was seamless. Will stay again.
