Amazing Stay at Novotel Hotel, Kakkanad! Our recent six-day stay at the Novotel Hotel in Kakkanad was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel graciously upgraded our room upon request, and the new room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed—offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. A special shoutout to Amit and Rahul from the hotel managemnt team , whose attention to detail and genuine care ensured our room was always pristine and our needs promptly met. Equally impressive was Amit from the reception team, whose warm demeanor and outstanding hospitality made every interaction a pleasure. Their dedication truly elevated our experience. The catering staff ( Pinto , Rina, )also deserves high praise—each member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make dining a delight. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. The overall ambiance of the hotel, combined with exceptional service, made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Novotel Hotel on our next visit to Kakkanad. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality!

The rook was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The food quality was excellent for the breakfast with a wide variety of European and Indian food. A special thanks to the reception staff, Sibil, Vijay and Jonathan who attended to our request with a great smile. The restaurant staff were so welcoming as well, a special thanks to Subhashini and Chef Rajnish. Highly recommend this hotel well situated next to info park, one of the most conformable beds, compared to Novotel mumbai the view is far more interesting with the nature everywhere and cleanliness

We absolutely loved the staff at breakfast and dinner although there were limited options and some dishes were on repeat, Lida and her team were always ready to help it was a lovely experience and they were extremely accommodating.

The front desk team was miserable and unhelpful they were the complete opposite of the restaurant team.

The hotel is located about 20 min. from the city centre so it´s not as much pollution or traffic as if you are staying in the centre. Everything is clean, the staff very friendly, the room very good and the pool complex very nice. Breakfast is very good, lot to choose from. The air conditioning is very good.

We were happy about everything.

The staff (reception, room service, cleaners, especially the whole staff at the restaurant) were all so polite and accommodating. I will surely be coming back and check in at Novotel Kochi Infopark when I visited Kerala again mid this year!

The location was challenging for me. My Indian friends actually asked me why I didn't choose the hotels near the airport.

It was very clean. Well maintained. We stayed in suite so everything was very good. Staffs were very friendly and in house Chef was awesome.. We ordered Jain food and it was well prepared and served…

Novotel must do Quality check of drinking water supplied to Room. Plus there should be a play area or something like chess or carrom board or something for the kids to play.

Decent location, very neat and clean modern looking hotel. Nice views from the room. Food was sumptuous and the indian dishes were all tasty. Gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were also available which was a plus.

The only drawback was the hotel had limited or slightly restricted space outside the building.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with an excellent variety of choices, and the staff were exceptional and proactive - especially Gayathri, Sayanti, and others at the restaurant.

Some of us kept having dust allergies while in some of the rooms, which is likely dust from the air conditioning or the carpets. That was the only drawback about the stay.

Cleanliness and housekeeping staff was good .Breakfast was very good , freshly prepared good variety of items.Staff was supportive and courteous special mention of Outlet manager Mr Pintu.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious considering we book suit room. Location is good. Food and breakfast is decent
