First of all The amazing staffs itself. They all were having a bright smile during my whole stay. And Mr. Vipin, Sreeraj and a lady staff ( I don't remember her name, sorry) was amazing and always around you to make your stay 100% comfort. The hospitality is 101%. The hotel was well maintained and they all was prompt to get your needs attended. 5 stars to hotel and staffs. The staffs was well knowledge on hotel deals and how to manage customers.

Zoot Infopark is a great hotel. They are open 24 hours so it doesn't matter if you reach at 2:30 am in the morning. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The location is Kakkanad so you can order food via food delivery apps even at 2:30 am and the staff would happily assist you. The rooms, washroom facilities are excellent, the comfort is great. They have their own leisure area, restaurant. I recommend Zoot Infopark to anyone who's looking for a hassle free and value for money stay. Even their checkout time is 12 pm which was really cool.

Although the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped initially, upon requesting a thorough cleaning and additional toiletries, they promptly and efficiently addressed all my concerns without any delays. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to assist even late at night and their flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel.

Room and bathroom neat. Worth the money. Food was excellent. Staff friendly

The location is congested with narrow roads. The room AC was making too much noise and no temperature control. Even if you set at 27 degrees it is too cool and not cutting off. Probably it is a high capacity AC

It's too good for the rate. Can't complain about anything. They kept the kitchen open even after buffet time so our entire team could sit together for breakfast.

Remotes don't work as expected. It's either the AC remote or tv remote that has an issue.

Loved the way that receptionists and employees interacted with the guest and I appreciate their support. Best one to get away from city stress for a safe and private space with our loved ones.

Felt that the room is a little bit smaller than what we expect from the pictures, would have been perfect if get a spacious room for the same quote.
