The staff was very welcoming, and we stayed here for a week. The breakfast and dinner spread were good and have definitely improved since our last visit. Chef Vishnu personally visited each table to take feedback and ensure there were no quality issues with the food, which was a great touch. The support staff during breakfast and dinner were also very cooperative and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well looked after.

There was an initial confusion between the rate I had booked and the rate applied by the property, which resulted in being charged more than expected. However, the manager promptly addressed the issue and honored the originally booked rate, which I appreciated. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant (drain-like) odor in the 11th-floor corridors that occasionally seeped into the room, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The staff are very helpful and I loved interacting with them - I needed some specific help because I was traveling for work - the team promised to help and delivered on their promise. The breakfast spread was very good - fresh and appetizing. I liked the room layout, the furnishings, everything neat and clean. Enjoyed sitting at the large window and looking over the city. Thanks to the Chef Masim, Chef Vishnu for the superb food. And thanks to Nibedita & Margi for the cheer and positive vibes they spread while they serve the guests.

Nothing that I didnt like

The lobby is small with some seating area and is on the third level. The restaurant, lounge are on the same level. Rooms are medium sized, we stayed on 10th floor, an executive king room, there is sufficient storage space with a small cupboard, a writing desk and shelf below TV. There also two luggage racks. There is a guide to listing many TV channels, but only five or six were available. There is sufficient supply of bottled water with tea, coffee and sugar sachets. There is also an ion with an ironing board. The bathroom is small but okay, with a small walk—in shower and toiletries. Breakfast restaurant is medium sized with a good choice of Indian and continental choices, with egg and dosa stations. Wi-Fi was good. On the top 14th floor, there is a restaurant with city view, a medium sized gym and a good-sized swimming pool overlooking the city. The staff are courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent. The choice was awesome. The team of Vishnu and his colleagues Masim, Anaina, Mougl, Chavan etc and 11/10 for the team that waited on us including the supervisors. They were so prompt in taking orders and constantly asking us if we needed anything. Just one thing needed is table numbers. If you want to be pampered at breakfast time, this is the place to be. Restaurant prices/In-room dining is expensive compared to similar hotels

This hotel is relaxing and well managed overall if you don't mind being a little outside the centre of Kochi. I quite liked that as it made getting in and out of the city a bit easier as I have relatives outside the city I wanted to visit. The customer service, pool, breakfast facilities are all top class and really make for a great stay.

The downsides were poor room maintenance (several things such as shower door and TV didn't work but were fixed eventually), and quality of room service which we used late one night wasn't great, most things were not available and what we did select was below average in taste and quality.

It was quite a fancy place, with fewer occupants than what I would anticipate but understandable due to the location being close to Infopark and not the city center. We had too much fun trying out the breakfast spread, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Compliments to the chef.

The bathroom wall tiles near the toilet were not clean; however, the rest of the bathroom was spic and span.

The staff were excellent, very cordial and helpful. They were very courteous and quick with assistance. The view from the room was great. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast spread. Special thanks to Bijo for his hospitality.

The room could have been cleaner, given Sheraton's standards. There were light marks on the linen and mild stains on the furniture. Other than that, the room was really good with a really nice view. Rooms service food also could have been better .

Excellent room , tidy and clean. Great facility by all the staff and very hygienic. The staff helped facilitate the luxurious stay to the best with great customer service. Loved every bit of the stay. The food was exceptional as well. Special kudos to the staff Rolly Srivastava for ensuring our smooth stay and for the wonderful cake on our anniversary, shows how small extra efforts can create great memories.

It’s a little bit far from main centre so arrangement for some modes of travel maybe on a schedule would have been better. Else you end up paying a lot on Uber trips

Most of the staff members are very helpful, specially those at the reception & the restaurant‘Eatery’.

The house keeping staff aren’t that sincere and most importantly they’re short of supply of day to day toiletries, tea, etc. We’re told that they are out of stock of soap, which appears to be absurd.
