Staff were extremely helpful, particularly on the reception desk. Room was reasonable size with good storage. The lift system was an amazing feature! Views from rooftop swimming pool.

The entrance to hotel was off road, meaning you had to walk through underground car park to get out. Swimming pool was also in separate building that meant the same walk. Bathroom could have done with some TLC - dirty bath & shower curtain. We had to clean it before using. Also a stained cushion on the bed.

I was bit sceptical about the facility before booking when I went through the google reviews. But to my surprise it turned out to be one of the best stays in our holidays. It is closer to most of the shopping facilities, room were clean and staff were always willing to help.

Only downside I felt was the shower/ bath. It is with very old outlook and very constrained. Not definitely suitable for a relaxing shower/ bath

Great stay at a nice property - the transparent lifts were the highlight of the property. Our 3 year old child enjoyed this to the fullest. We were a group of 5 - and we were provided adjacent rooms which were interconnected - this made it feel like one big room with enough privacy on both sides. Really thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was really good as well - included a nice spread of South Indian, North Indian and continental items! The sleep quality was one of the best we have encountered in a long time!

While most of the staff were polite and happy to help, some of them could do a bit better. Ex: We had already requested for the extra bed on booking.com and paid for it at check-in. Despite this, the staff who was providing it said that it is chargeable leading to some confusion and needless stress, which could have been totally avoided if they had cross checked before making such statements.

I booked 4 rooms and stayed with a group of friends. The property is very close to shopping area, the lobby area is very pleasant, the rooms are spaces and well equipped. The front desk staff are very welcoming with a big smile and the rest of the staff whom I have met also very friendly. The lobby is clean and tidy. Good choice of breakfast. I met a young girl name Rosemary who prepared our room was so friendly. Though we didn’t speak the same language we managed to communicate pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is nothing I don’t like about the property. The below comments is for consideration only. A printed one sheet map of the surrounding area would be helpful to give it to the guest to point out places of interest, such money exchange place, some major shopping places such as Saree shopping like Seemati, Jeyaluxmy, Broadway, market place, restaurants etc.

A peaceful place to stay at MG Road Cochin. Good breakfast.

Access to the hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was also perfect. Aasim with his big sweet smile :). Who was kind enough to keep in touch as my flight was delayed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Ernakulam.

There should be more food choices.

I really appreciated how the recetionist (Ashwan) handle my problem with a very professional approach with good maneers. Excellent hôtel with a 5 star service I really enjoyed the breakfast with some very fresh product every day. The swimming pool, the gym, steam bath and sauna was very clean I had an excellent ayurvedic massage in the spa

Everything about Abad is good. The food was excellent, swimming pool was great.

The only bad experience was when you step outside, the vehicles coming out of basement parking lot can be very fast (especially when some government vehicles cone our), It can hit you or your kids also, be careful)..Abad needs to control that.

Breakfast was excellent. Had a lot of options. As part of the location perfect spot at MG road for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a five star look. I will definitely recommend suite which is spacious for family. Overall we had a pleasant stay and experience.

Hotel should have amenities for drivers since a lot of families travel far from other places. Or should atleast recommend a spot for drivers which will make the guest not feel obligated to search one. Management should look into this since some hotels do atleast provide some amenities regards to this.
