Located in heart of the city , but the atmosphere is too calm and comfortable, the staff were too friendly and attentive, room was spacious and clean , and also brekfast they provided so delicious, highly recommended for family

We booked for 1 night and extended 1 more night at hotel pearl palace. The food at the restaurant was really tasty.Hot water for shower was available. Location is in the city centre. Manager was very helpful and supported us in booking taxi with driver to Kovalam.

Had stayed only for 1 Nights.. Really enjoyed the stay.. Rooms were clean and neat.. Check in and check out was smooth.. Breakfast was delicious All staffs were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay in Kochi.

Overall the room was good except that there was a light that doesn't have a switch hence it cannot be turned off.
