Quiet location, nice, clean room, comfortable bed, OK A/C, ceiling fan, TV with many channels including some in English. Electric kettle, drinking water, coffee/tea. Free buffet style breakfast. Reception 24/7. Lift in the building.

Small 'window' with no view. Only cold shower but you can mix hot and cold water in a plastic bucket. For 5 days they didn't clean my room. Bit complicated/confusing online booking. Room rate+12% fees and charges. Would be nice to have a small fridge. Alcohol strictly prohibited.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception and cleaning staffs were diligently responding to our requests. The location is good, there are plenty of shops nearby and many tourist spots near by like marine drive. The food was ok. The breakfast includes dosa, toast , poori/idly, chutney, sambhar, veg kurma. Rooms are spacious. It’s safe even for solo trip stays. Overall good.

The beds were not that comfortable (old and rough) . The tv wasn’t working initially, so they gave us another room. Rest all is fine and good.

The cleanliness of the facility and helping nature of staff is commendable. The location is very convenient.

The size of the wardrobe is too small even to put an ironed shirt and pant in a hanger. Secondly, the frame over the breakfast buffet table with the current position is a safety hazard. Tall people get hurt on their heads while taking food items. May be lifted up or taken inside from both the sides.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room & comfortable bed. Great location, 5 mins walk to ferry to Fort Kochi, costs only INR3 & they’re so regular it’s the quickest & cheapest way to get there to see the Chinese fishing nets and take a stroll along the beach. Return trip was INR6, totally worth it. Breakfast was basic with a choice of Indian dishes plus boiled eggs, cornflakes and toast & jam. Only suggestion would be for them to start breakfast before 8am & have everything set up on time to allow guests an earlier start. Would definitely recommend.

The behaviour of the staff was good. The location is good also.

The shower water has so much iron. The authority must need to install an iron filter. The view from the balcony is not good. The tv and dish channel quality is not good. The hotel should think to set up a restaurant so that the guests don't need to go outside for lunch or dinner.

The stay was good. The reception was helpful.

The concierge did not help us move the luggage. Check in time was taking too long. We booked 6 rooms out of which 2 rooms had foul odour and water was continuously leaking in the bathroom. The reception changed one of the rooms but we had to manage for the other room due to no vacant rooms. Breakfast was same both days. There’s a decor hanging over the serving buffet which is very unsafe and did hit 3 of our members directly in the head. It’s hanging too low which can be a health hazard and is also blocking the food sight. I am attaching the picture here and requesting the hotel to remove it or uplift it.

Upon arrival, I was quite delighted to see that the room looked just as shown in the other reviews. The hotel staff were very courteous, not only at the first meeting when they explained everything about the stay and their excellent morning breakfast buffet, but also throughout my stay. I was there for a 4 day conference at Cochin University. The housekeeping staff were regular in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene. The location of the hotel, close to metro station and boat jetty was a plus. Besides these, there are laundry and transport services that can be arranged upon request. I had selected thos hptel after spending considerable time reading reviews of many hotels, and after my stay I can clearly understand why all the reviews were so much positive. Its clearly an obvious deal for any traveller, much due to the efforts of the staff. Kudos to the hotel authority and staff.

well organized rooms for short stays.

In entrance itself written as "Parking at owners risk". in a 30+ rooms available apartmentwecan't say like this to guests as there is minimum space for parking. I hope majority of visitors will be on business or work related trips and will be coming in car or other personal vehicles. So parking risk belongs to supervisors or office staff on duty at time.

I liked the staff and the location and the feeling of the place. I loved the bed and the quite and the feeling of safety inside this hotel. I liked the room in general. It is safe for families, and I highly recommend them, especially because the included breakfast is just amazing. It is an open buffet with south indian dishes and also cosmopolitan cusine.

I think the shower only runs on cold water, but there is the option of showering in bucket with hot and cold water. I is not a big issue if you are used to buckets I guess. Also, although there was ample amounts of shampoo/body soap, there was no toilet paper in the washroom. This means that the staff who are detailing the rooms are not very responsible.

The highlight of the hotel is its proximity to everything worth exploring. Almost every major attraction is within walking distance, making it the perfect base for travelers eager to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

I did not find anything I did not like while I stayed in this hotel.
