Located just off M.G. Road and not too pricey. They have a 2 bedroom suite which was good for a family of 4 adults. It had a large living toom with sofas and 4 seater dining table. Bedrooms were also large and had sufficient cupboard space with a work table and sofa. The whole unit is air conditioned. Stayed just for a night halt, so I didn't experience most of the facilities.

Location is good but it's on a narrow road off MG Road. Parking is open and on the side of the hotel building with a separate entrance didn't look sufficient for many cars. Also it will be difficult for large cars to park there but there is more space to the back which security was kind enough to show.

Location is excellent for business and/or tourism in the Kochi / Ernakulam area. Hotel is neat, had a good facade, is well-maintained and has courteous staff. The hotel projects an air of professionalism, and provides good value for money.

Some of the amenities could be improved. For a business-class hotel, the rooms need more charging locations for devices. It would also help to have some USB slots. The beds all have only 2 very soft pillows. More are needed for a comfortable sleep for two people. Check-in should be streamlined. It took 15 mts to be checked-in. This process needs to be re-engineered for it to be less than 2 minutes. Wi fi also seems a bit flaky.

Generally clean and safe place., good lift, good staff behaviour, especially the security. Rooms are big and comfortable. Room service was quick. The shower and hot water were perfectly working. There is an overhead shower head as well as a hand held shower. The TV has amazon prime ser

AC was sometimes not cooling properly.Tempature couldn't be increased. Sometimes it was automatically changing. Bed sheets and towels were not properly laundered. Some stains could be seen on the bed sheets and towels. .Breakfast was not so great compared to the price.

Room were neat and clean dinner buffet spread was budget friendly.

Staff need more training.I was booked room with breakfast when I check in I have reconfirm with front office and he mentioned Breakfast was not included and later I check with booking.com and confirmed it is included. Restaurant also we faced same things as when we check about dinner option the staff who stand on restaurant he was clueless. Rest everything was excellent food, room, facilities we enjoy the stay.

Excellent location, awesome lobby, good room

Costly compared to other properties that give same facilities. Lights were not controllable easily from bed on one side and i personally don’t like windows that can’t be opened..

Just a super hotel. The staff is very friendly.

I didn't eat anything at all for breakfast because there was only traditional Indian food. I had to eat boiled eggs. So if you don't eat traditional Indian food, then it's better not to buy breakfast. And in general, the food in the restaurant is not very tasty

Standard, sanitised business class hotel - does what it says on the tin. Very comfortable mattress, clean bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. It does exactly what you would expect. No problems at all.

Pillows too soft and weak. For a double room just 2 pillows were provided which is bare minimum. At least 4 pillows is what I have experienced in other places. Complimentary tooth brush and paste not provided.

Excellent place loveable staff and v nyce.... Specially security guards and 1st day breakfast tyme who are care of me in restourent.. Thanx a lot love u..

Room size small. Extra adult matress is not good at all. My son really suffered a lot
