Bathroom shower was defective even after complaining for twodays it was defective The evening shift manager didn't have courtesy to wish and welcome the guests even after sighting them didn't have eye to eye contact was expecting that guest should wish them

Rooms were hygiene.

Complementary breakfast is not upto the expectation level.

The room was very spacious and reasonably clean. Bellboys, waiters and guard very helpful. Beds narrow but comfortable. Toilet bowl, sink and floor clean. Breakfast alright if you go early but do avoid the chapati if you wish to preserve most of your teeth. Pick crockery wisely as cornflakes bowl and spoon are chipped. Complimentary water bottle can be collected from the reception on your first day but is chargeable for subsequent days.

Toilet walls haven't been washed this decade. Unsmiling receptionist. No hot water. Reception called at 10am saying we needed to vacate by 11am in spite of the 1130 to 1230 given on booking.com. Room key card not working for one of our 3 rooms. After a few attempts we were given a key. Water not complimentary on second day but complimentary cockroach supplied in the toilet on the second day.
