My stay at Abad Plaza Hotel was very comfortable and value for money. The staff ,right from the reception to the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. Noticed that they do not have a bell boy or security ,to take care of the guests luggage before check in. Rest of the check in and baggage transfer to rooms was very smooth . The inhouse restaurant Regency ,is a big let down, as they provide a lunch buffet only, with a la carte option not at all encouraged. The buffet is very minimal and charged Rs.900 per head. The Kadaloram restaurant also has a buffet lunch for Rs.500 per head, which is better in terms of the accompaniments provided, but disappointed in that there was only one type of very normal fish curry.

While the hotel property may be a little old, it more than makes up for it with its charm, cleanliness, and the impeccable service provided by the team. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very neat and tidy, which made for a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, being close to all the shopping areas and malls. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The restaurant was amazing, offering delicious meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall I had positive stay at this hotel. However, I did have a minor issue with obtaining the WiFi password. I phoned a couple of times to request it, but I didn't receive it. This may have been due to a miscommunication, and I believe if I had contacted the relevant persons, it could have easily been sorted out. I didn't follow up further due to my busy schedule, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was good.

The property while generally clean and comfortable shows its age. One thing that I can think of that needs upgrading - the air conditioning was only adequate and didn't really cool or de-humidify as much as normal ac units do, so it was a bit more humid than an ac room should be. The thermostat/speed control didn't seem to work.

Ther food was excellent.The room fine, The staff friendly and very helpful. When we requested a move to their sister hotel (the Dutch bungalow in Fort Kochi), management took great care in obliging our wishes.

The hotel is right in the centre of the busiest area of town If you want relative quiet and to see the sights, you're much better off in Fort Kochi.

Location..Location..Location Its nestled right in the midst of the city next Central square mall and all the shops Kochi has to offer, yet away from the noise of the main road. We had a very spacious room with a generous king size bed. Were provided with a kids coat, even without asking. Staff were available for a late checkin of 12:30am and very friendly. We had the best sleep due to an efficient AC as well as the most luxurious bedding

Its a slightly older hotel but that didnt affect the quality of our stay and the toilets were modern. We had a mosquito in the room that took us some time to kill

The receptionist Devoo was exceptionally helpful . May God almighty bless her all happiness which a helpful person like her so rightly deserve!

The reception does not have Uber service. We had booked stay with free breakfast but at the breakfast place they said breakfast is not free....we had to clarify at the reception to get free breakfast...this was embarrassing!! Otherwise the stay was very good!

The location is perfect on MG Road with easy access to metro and even walkable distance to a lot of shops including central mall. Easy access to Canopy Cafe which is right below the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and checked in on us. No delay to answer phone calls, service was not bad. Room was good, good space, facilities, kettle, sofa, cupboard etc. They allowed to keep our luggage for 2 hours after checkout. We requested for an early checkin and it was considered as well.

Maintenance could be better. The washroom tiles were broken on the floor and the counter.
