The ambience of the hotel and reception staff was exceptional

The extra bed was not good enough , the breakfast menu was not to our liking , overall it was a good spread but we missed some of the items we usually have at others for breakfast. There was a bit of smell outside the hotel, which seems to be due to stagnant water.

i left for an early flight so breakfast was not available till 7 am.... but the staff did ask me if i wanted any food item to be packed .... i declined... but it was nice of them to ask me the staff at the dinner were extremely welcoming , helpful and courteous.

the dinner menu though its a buffet to me who has come and stayed on many occasions find the dishes to be repetitive and boring at times.....

The staff was slow The checkout process was really slow .. 20 minutes of waiting and 20 minutes of checkout. Booked hotel car for the airport the night before. Even 15 mins after scheduled time, no car driver .. booked and paid for 2 cars but finally all went in one as no car driver present. No good TV channels .. not subscribed for in a 5 star hotel !

Food were too good.loved Breakfast.

Room service was too late and delayed. Be it food, water bottles, or a towel. Even at the time of check out, no one came to pick up our luggage. We pushed our luggage to the ground floor. Looks typical Indian Government office work culture.

Property and facilities are great. Night staff are bit challenged in dealing with volume. Heavy carpets increase reaction for Askari. Patients . Options needed or heavy duty vacuuming. Food was very good . Valet staff were good and prompt , as were the staff at the breakfast counter .

Options on tiled vs carpeted rooms . Some other national channels as only Tamil channels . USB connection availability to play/ Watch on the TV . Other options exist. Ac temp is set to 24 but room temp is 22. Not alaways suitable to keep room cold . G

Ambience in reception, dining, swimming, spa and room were all pleasant to the eyes. On NY Eve, though there was a separate paid function inside the banquet hall, it was great to have live performance in dining hall for the guests.

Guess all the rooms were full on NY eve, so the response the requests had a longer waiting time. Could have beefed up the staff for that day knowing the booking data.

Extremely roomy, great food at the main restaurant, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing and the price was good.

The fact that even it states that the hotel has many restaurants, only one restaurant was actually in services.

Courteous staff, attended to.all.our requirements, especially Mr Suman who served us within no time during our Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. He is definitely an asset to Le Meridien.

Lovely open design of the whole hotel..no dingy corridors. Good Indian restaurant and also very good buffet breakfast

Service at Peacock was really slow...but they did make a sincere effort and helped when I complained

I lost my credit card in a bookstore in Mumbai airport, and only realized it upon arrival at Le Metidien In Coimbatore. The hotel manager immediately called the airport, snd within an hour my card was found and held securely until my return to Mumbai a few days later! Incredible service. Thank you!
