The hotel is at a road corner. Two sides facing the road. The rooms are well furnished and clean. All necessities were in place. A mini bar with some snacks is a good useful add on. They did not highly overprice it too.

The staff could have appraised me about the various restaurant and facilities available for me to use in the hotel. They did not. The room must have been used by a smoker, so had a lingering smoke smell. The wi fi password was promised but not provided. I was supposed to get a room upgrade. Not sure whether they upgraded or not.

As usual, Zone's ambience and comfort is what I loved. Location is good because it's close to bus stops to main points like Gandhipuram. The staff are very kind and helpful. Food is also really good. It was my dad's first experience and he loved the place especially the interiors for Zone

I observed my room was probably not cleaned well before I checked in. The minibar was not refilled before check in. Since I experienced Zone by the Park before, I noticed these were not done to the expectation. Cleanliness was the major concern though, where bathroom was not cleaned for the new guest and there was a strange odour, room freshener could have been used, the used cups by previous guest was left as is, I could see some unclean spots on the table too.

Staying at Zone was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The facilities were top-notch, offering comfort and convenience throughout our stay. However, what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Suvis. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our needs made us feel truly valued as guests. Suvis went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and memorable. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and dedication. Food was good. Beds are very much comfortable. Rooms were clean. Plenty of water.

what troubled me the most was the delay for starting the breakfast. It was supposed to open at 7:30 am but most of the time we had to wait 20 min to see everything set up. This was not acceptable when we had to leave hotel by 8 am.

Location- Prime Location Check-In was smooth & fast Room - Room was reasonably spacious & clean. Bed was soft . A/C was good . Neat bathroom with good water pressure. Breakfast- Breakfast was very nice with lot of items. Tasty too. Check out was fast & smooth Everything beyond my expectations for the rate they charged. REAL VALUE FOR MONEY. Highly recommended for all types of travellers. Will come again definitely Keep it up

Absolutely Nothing

This is a very good hotel to stay in Coimbatore. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tidy. Thanks to the hotel team and the comfort they created for me and my colleagues, we had no everyday problems and were able to successfully compete at the INTERNATIONAL ROVER CHALLENGE 2024 competition. Thank you.

Very poor Wi-Fi internet connection at times.

It was a very comfortable stay. As it was near the racecourse road .I didn’t missed the walk. Conveniently placed for my visit.

I reached much early than my expected arrival. So couldn’t checkin to the room. The front desk didnt even bothered to offer a glass of water or tea in the Morning.

Good pleasant stay. Very peaceful and clean hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite. food is good and tasty, location is also decent.

On the breakfast hours there was too much of chaotic situation as I think some group has booked only breakfast for their business meet which was very disturbing and noisy and too much of line for everything.

Location is excellent. Very close to Lulu shopping mall and Lakshmi mills complex which now has Starbucks☕️. Banks and ATMs nearby. An excellent vegetarian restaurant called Anandhas is within walking distance.

Complimentary Breakfast has to be improved.Not enough seats for all guests staying in the hotel to have breakfast in the morning. I had to wait to get a table for breakfast. Combining function breakfast with hotel guests breakfast is not a good idea. Flexibility should be given for early check -in and late check out.
