Staff are very helpful. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner spreads have numerous items. Rooms are spacious. I have stayed in most high end hotels of this city, and Radisson ranks amongst my top 3 hotels.

I am writing feedback; it should be taken into consideration that I am quite happy with a long hotel stay here. So this is Not a complaint or being written by an unsatisfied guest. On and off, I have noticed kitchen not being up to par (with the rest of hotel services). Kitchen staff could help with monthly training and instructions on how to value a long-stay guest. I think the Chef is good (and I have seen him supervising different stations and monitoring quality, but one of the Sous Chefs may be lacking quality/detail awareness). In this aspect, Taj Vivanta excels.

Excellent service by the Radisson Blu hotel in Coimbatore!!! From the front desk Vidhya, Mageshwari & others have extremely helpful & accommodating!!! Be it breakfast or in-room dining, we had a delicious experience. The food was absolutely divine - my personal compliments to chef from me & my daughter!!! Lastly the maintenance and housekeeping have been meticulous in their work to ensure that we have a wonderful and comfortable stay. I have recently stayed in places like the Taj-Vivanta, Coimbatore, but it was no where near the perfection of Radisson Blu, Coimbatore. It felt like home. Everything was nice. The location, the staff, the food. All the employees including the usher and security were do friendly and helpful. Any requirement or help was promptly attended to. I have been a repeat customer here and it has always been my first choice.

My only complain( just one.. If taken care of would make stay still more enjoyable) is if they started using Harpic for the washrooms. The washroom looks a little stained and doesn't match the entire status of the hotel. The washrooms need to be sparkling clean just like everything else about this hotel. Except for this one small thing which can easily be taken care of everything else is 99%.

A Perfect Stay – Best Hotel on Our South India Tour This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our tour of Southern India. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully lit, with a luxurious feel throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, featuring a powerful shower in a proper enclosed cubicle—no water mess! Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the bar staff were warm and welcoming. If I return to Coimbatore, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel has all facilities one needs. The spa is excellent as is the staff overall. Though it's not a brand new hotel, it feels like one because of the maintenance. The gym is well equipped, the pool is of a good size, the room spacious and well stocked. The hotel organised a lovely cake for my mom, who was celebrating her birthday that day, which was a generous and thoughtful gesture. I would be happy to revisit the Radisson Blu.

The hotel could do with another restaurant/F&B option. Its north Indian restaurant is open only for dinner and has a set menu, which is limiting. The all-day coffee shop has limited options as well. The breakfast buffet could be better curated - in the sense, do fewer things but do them better. The pool could do with an attendant, who could maybe a few times in the day clear the towels etc.

House keeping : Everything fresh, clean and wonderful staff ready to be there any time you need any kind of service. Restaurant : The night buffet was excellent and the staff really kind and supportive. Over all : Pleased with the whole ambience and extended my stay and enjoyed every bit of it. This is a large functional modern hotel in central Coimbatore. It is set well back from a noisy busy main road hence it is quite quiet. The room was spacious and light. There are plenty of places to put one's belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is light and clean with plenty of hot water. It has a good shower. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style. The food was varied and good. The restaurant is large and light. We had a la carte dinner which was excellent.

The bathroom/ wardrobe area has a very strange layout with lots of unnecessary doors and wardrobe lights which wouldn't turn off. The A/C isn't very effective.
