The bed condition is very bad. The air condition not functioning well.

The delux room picture shown online is quie misleading. The size of the room is way smaller. Then the fab express asks you to pay on spot to move to a larger room. Felt cheated.

Room size was half what was shown online. When I contacted customer care, instead of resolving the issue and giving me the room that I had seen online and for which I had made full payment in advance, the guy was arguing and trying to convince me to take the room. Eventually, since the condition of the delux room was not acceptable to me, I had to pay extra to take a bigger room

There's is no Restaurant in this hotel they are bringing food from out side that to only one variety has been providing taste also not that much great

We had made a booking of one family room (for 3 adults) and 2 premium rooms (for 2 adults in each room) for 7 adults, but the property insisted that the booking was made for 5 adults. They were demanding an additional amount of 500 per head for 2 guests. When that was solved by a call through booking.com, they said we would have to pay 400 rs extra per room for early check in. Because we were travelling with senior citizens we had no choice but to oblige. It felt like the property was trying to make an extra buck one way or another. There were no staff and facilities in the property and the location was not very clean. All in all it wasn't a good experience
