They did not charge my 2 hours late check out because of my flight. The check out timing is 11am which is a bit too early. I was asking them a day earlier for late check out but i was informed that i would be charged for Rupees 400 for an hour with maximum for 4 hours. Failing i would pay another days rate. Anyway when i was checking out at 1pm , i was told nothing to pay. God bless them.

Room was not equipped with tooth paste, drinking water until i had to request it when i needed the water and the tooth paste. They need to have a proper check list to make sure all done before customer checks in.

Spacious and bright room, clean bathroom. The sofas were ergonomically designed and very comfortable.

Noise from some of the adjoining rooms. I know all guests are important for the hotel but they should be strict in enforcing basic decorum so that the guest community at large is not disturbed and have a peaceful stay in a quiet place. The restaurant could have also been a bit bigger. Most guests tended to converge on it at nearly the same time. It was under-staffed too. The staff did their best, though.

Rooms are cleaned and spacious! Food food and breakfast options. Bar available if required. In a busy area near gandhipuram. Outside food allowed and lot of options nearby. Staff very helpful and efficient. Jet spray problem was addressed and replaced asap.

Can't get glasses or ice cubes from the bar if you don't order from them. The bathroom should have curtains to divide the bathing and toilet area else it's water everywhere.

The kitchen staff is superb ... The breakfast was yumm and the kitchen staff made all the possible ways to make us feel comfortable... The location was really good and also the rooms were clean n tidy.

The only thing we did not like was that they used to off the centralised AC and we had to call at room service time and again to switch it on which was a bit frustrating.

I intended to make payment via Credit Card. But the Receptionist informed that the machine is broke and there was no Digital payment options available. I had to go out to ATM to withdraw cash for payment, which I did not like a bit. If this is such a case, it needs to be informed to the customer.

Morning breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options.

Rooms are spacious but not luxurious. We stayed in suite but the spare room was useless as it just had one worned out sofa. The centralised AC makes a lot of noise. We were travelling with a 1 year infant who needs milk so we assumed a suite would have electric kettle but sadly it didn't.

location was good (3 km from train station and 8km from airport) and manager was very kind and accommodating, giving us directions for specific shopping and making sure we would have a taxi to the airport on meter so would not be overcharged.

there was no toilet paper in the room but we had Kleenex so that was an easy barrier to overcome. a basic but clean, safe and accommodating stay.

Staff at the reception was kind and nice. But the guy who served coffe in the morning was not hospitable. He also did not accept 10 rupee coin for the reason "thus rupia coin ither nahi chaltha hi" and his tone was not an acceptable one.

It was in the heart of the city and very neat and clean property.

The rates were too high considering the facilities. There was no kettle in the room for hot water and no tea coffee preparing facilities. The towels weren't white, rather pale yellow.

Restaurant food was exceptionally good, so was the Bar service Complementary breakfast also was very tasty and had both North n South Indian options. Room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view of the city Staff very courteous and helpful

Located in a narrow gully and the hotel also has limited parking space. Located in a commercial area and not a restaurant area. But the hotel food was very very very good and more than made up.
