The hotel was clean and well lit. There was even a nice fish tank in the lobby. Our room was big, the sheets were clean the bed was comfortable enough. The air conditioner also worked well. The breakfast was noting exciting but perfectly adequate for the price and quality of hotel

The windows and doors were arriving bit thin and you could hear a bit of outside noise. Also hot water wasn't available in the evening for some reason. One explanation had to do with the fact that it was raining outside

Nice South Indian breakfast as well as continental breakfast was served. Attention was paid individually to each of us and service was provided on table as well (if required). Staffs are courteous.

I did not like the concept of providing RO water as complimentary for a the room at given tariff. Providing one litre of Bisleri or Aquafina brand of mineral water bottle a day is bare minimum and is provided in majority of hotels of this category.

The Early check-in request that I gave was attended very swiftly and am very happy with the room size and cleanliness. If next in Coimbatore will stay here for sure.

The breakfast buffet can be arranged properly.

Great value for money, comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Located near to main road & behind Gandhipuram bus stand yet it’s on a quiet street. Opposite to its is Ananda’s restaurant which is probably top5 veg restaurant in Coimbatore…I will come back again with family

No filter coffee in menu. More importantly, hot water is not available at all times. it’s on request basis only. Just call them 10 minutes before you need to use & will be turned on

Room was good and spacious.

The Internet wasn't working at level 3. Service at reception needs an improvement in terms of communication. The restaurant didn't have some of the dishes I needed.

Breakfast: Items were all good could have been a bit spicy. Juice is bit watery. Location. Property is very much centrally located.

Hot Water service was bit inconsistent.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is located close to the Ooty Bus Stand, but on a quiet street. Comfortable bed, hot shower, good breakfast. Recommend highly.
