The location is very good... parking was comfortable....room size and AC was very good.... the facilities like toiletries, pantry was well furnished....clean and neat presentation... room size is bigger than expected... separate foyer with 2 single sofa and reclainer to watch TV was awesome...

The staff was engaged to clean the car exterior as we came from a long drive of 400+km... but he didn't do a good work.. the dirt and the specific sports which we wanted him to clean was not cleaned... perhaps in future the hotel should think of providing a car exterior wipe services even at a nominal cost...

At the reception was Manikandan with another staff, very helpful, extremely polite, charming . Making everything easy & welcoming once you put a foot on the property. Also they get you all kind of info about anything, cabs, tours , etc. Room very clean and big. Peace and quiet.

Only thing is my room was breakfast included and is next door the restaurant but is local food so my advice is to have a choice of continental breakfast (toast,cornflakes, juices) we are not used to such a rich and spicy food in the mornings.

Breakfast was tasty. Location was central. We appreciated the concern and help the Hotel staff was willing to give us. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating of our needs and requirements. Even offered services before closing time in the kitchens to make sure my son could have his milk before bed. They were all very friendly with my son and he enjoyed talking to them every day. Thank you for helping us load our luggage as we were leaving too. Namaskaram!

Same breakfast everyday. Some of the area around the hotel was little dusty. But that seems par of the course for the city itself so not specific to the hotel.

Customer service was terrific. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was not close to where we needed to be every day, but they helped us arrange the taxi for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing.

We asked for rooms with one full bed, but no rooms were available when we arrived, so my husband and I ended up sleeping in two twin beds. Although breakfast was very good, it was always the same, and we would like to try more variety of food.

Rooms are very spacious. Mattresses, WCs are clean. It’s close to the city center and there are couple of good restaurants next to this hotel that saved my time. The hotel staff can speak English. If I have to recommend between Ibis (Accord hotels) and Seetharam, I would suggest Seetharam.

This is my first time staying in the hotels in India. I suggest it is good to have flip flops inside the rooms.

Rooms very clean. Great showers. Although near the bus station it was quiet.

The fact that there are no breakfast facilties is a negative for me. You have to go next door to a restaurant with limited options.

Location, Comfortable , facilities, clean ,family hotel. Very good service. Isha is 1 hour 10 min car ride from here also Kovai Coutralam(Siruvani falls) is 1 hour 20 min ride in car. Overall good hotel for family & kids, do not choose b'fast complimentary have it yourself in Ananthas next to you

The breakfast complimentary is in partnership with neighbouring Hotel Ananthas. The Ananthas food is good but the the coupon system the Hotel follow is not satisfying they do not allow us to choose what we need to eat also they did not consider my 3 year old son in the bfast for which i already paid. There is no Coordination between Seetharam and Ananthas, please make sure to sort this out when you book with hotel or I clearly suggest NOT to opt the 'with breakfast' option instead you yourself can go & have b'fast in Ananthas & have your choice of food and pay it there itself. This is very useful review for family please do note it and you can save some money They charged extra for my 3 year old sons b'fast which was supposed to he complimentary breakfast

Room service could be better. Toilet small for room size. Gets messy. No foot mat. No ceiling fan in room. Gets uncomfortable with AC only.

nothing much, my recommendation to control the external noise level in second floor rooms. not too noisy but still can be avoided.
