The hotel is truly an amazing place, which has a lot of amenities. I loved the service over there, and there were all facilities readily available there, such as room service, food, snacks to eat during recess etc. Bed was also very soft, and I loved the way in which the drinks are arranged in the room, making it an ideal place to party as well, when I come with friends.

Healthy items should be included in the food list. I feel that the food was too spicy for me. Please make minor changes to the food menu. Besides, you need to make the swimming pool, spa and other amenities available for the customers.

Great location, good cleaning service, ok wifi.

Several things need improvement: - gym = basically only treadmill & dumbells. No yoga mat, no remote for AC. - bed = uncomfortable topper & pillows. Bed underneath the topper is much nicer so we got rid of it after first night - wifi = coupon expires at 12.00 on checkout date with no mercy. We were extending our stay and the wifi password expired in the middle of my business meeting

The Park Elanza was modern, clean and well appointed with everything a traveller today would need, minibar, AC etc. Food was well prepared and there was a good selection of alcoholic beverages. The Cabana on the rooftop is a fabulous venue. I enjoyed the swimming pool but didn't get a chance to use the gym or visit Tiki Tako.

Perhaps some work on staff training needed and/or communication skills for breakfast service, in some instances a little hit and miss with junior staff always having to ask a supervisor. Otherwise all satff were nice and friendly, special mention for Chandaran in the lobby! Taxis - the taxis booked by the hotel were too expensive!

Good location. About 10-15 minutes walk to Gandhipuram bus station / Cross Cut Road. Nice breakfast with options for Westerners too. Friendly staff especially Ms. Sripriya M. and the trainee at breakfast and Mr. Chandran at the lobby. The rooms are nice and clean too. We didn't had a chance to visit the rooftop bar with swimming pool, we just had a walk in the evening during the rain. But it did seem nice.

The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable (even cozy and luxurious)…. Wifi was great … rooftop restaurant and pool was exotic and stunning… I’m not into clubbing but the club looked good, as did the Spa and gym…. But the BEST was the food. The buffet is out of this world. I’ve been to many and this one was beyond delicious, fresh, with a huge variety of options. Soooo good. Staff was incredible, absolutely beyond any possible expectation —- all of them. They were able to get us a high end car with great AC and sound for our two trips… I’m just grateful and hope to be able to come back again.

Not a great area to walk around (not dangerous - just not interesting) but it’s not their fault. The hotel is an island unto itself.

Park Elanza, strategically situated near the railway station, offers a convenient location for travelers. The generously spacious rooms come equipped with excellent toilet facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The commendable room service adds to the overall experience. Very good design & ambience. All the staff members are very friendly - especially frontline staff Mr. Chandran.

The air condition control is fixed on the wall, would be better if it is a handheld remote control. Shower system is bit inconvenient as the overhead shower is too high & handheld is not adjustable.

They had reasonable varieties for breakfast. They have western as well as Indian cuisine. We loved their thosai & fish curry. Twin single bed rooms are a little bigger that queen sized room.

Waiters have to be clear when taking orders. Their serving of curry comes in portion. The portion serves at least 2-3 pax. As they never communicate this to us, we ordered many portions which went wasted. Good to have brown sugar served at breakfast for those who prefer healthy drinks. Rooftop toilets should be cleaned regularly as it was very dirty. Room service to be efficient. We had to wait very long for room service to answer our calls. Too many furnitures in the room which made the room very cramped. No place to keep our luggages. We kept our luggages on the floor.

Excellent is the other name I would like to call Park Elanza. The reason is, what ever we encountered there were above our ecxpectations. Staffs and their quick response, Room deco and it's class arrangements, Restaurant and taste of food, Superb ambiance, Cleanliness and other beautiful facilities.
