Excellent location, well maintained hotel, superb & courteous service by the hotel staff, very good arrangements for breakfast. What I liked most was that the hotel provided us with a daily newspaper, which is a rarity if late. The hotel also arranged an efficient transportation vehicle for our local visit & sight seeing.Overall very happy.

This is not a sort of negative comment but only a suggestion - water in the wash basin was leaking, the hot water kettle switch was not working & the bathing hot water was not so hot but lukewarm. The bed was too soft & it used to sink a little while sleeping.These small things can be taken care of. However it has not adversely affected our stay & hotel staff took care of us well.

Great location, walking distance to the railway station and all the restaurants surrounding it. Breakfast was at the neighbouring hotel; good breakfast, but meant this hotel didn't have their own restaurant. Room was bright, good view, quiet, good wifi, and clean. They also had a good same day laundry service.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant / room servie on site. Otherwise no complaints

I was at the end of a month motorcycle tour and booked this hotel because it’s near to the train station. The location is excellent, lots of good places to eat nearby including the A2b pure veg chain restaurant. The sheets are clean, the showers hot and most importantly no mozzies!

The communal areas could do with a bit of a clean and the staff are fairly surly, I was charged an extra day for checking out at 10pm for my train as opposed to 12pm. One word of warning there’s a pub next door and my room overlooked it, pissed up Indians singing show me the way to go home in Tamil was quite bizarre. Bring earplugs!

Location and cleanliness

Behaviour of the reception staff. On 17th , while online booking I booked for a double room, but the occupiant number wrongly given one. They charged an additional amount of rs 600.from me. On 18th booking through online the number of persons given as two, the charges was same. Ie. They collected rs. 600. Excess from me on the first booking. for a clerical error.

Room was very neat and clean and the staffs are most friendly and giving quick response to guests And the ambience was maintained well and good .

Quite struggle to give correct location to cab .

The room was very clean . The beds were comfortable and housekeeping cleaned the place even for a two day stay . The towel and bed sheets were clean . Toilet and other facilities were exceptional. The spacious room was too good .Even for a standard double room and deluxe room it was very commendable . Very close to the railway station as well.

The Manager Mr. Tapan Ghosh is extremely competent and very helpful in all matters. I recommend the hotel for family and single persons. It's proximity to the station and restaurants is a great relief to residents

Location was ok..staff good very helpful It will be nice if we can get aircon in the room as it was very hot..no view from the room I get …no windows other wise all ok

The rooms were clean, the check-in process was smooth and all other necessities were available at ease. The location is very close to the Railway station( walkable distance)

Water bottles could've been a complimentary service.

Location is fantastic. Just about 500 mts away from the Coimbatore Jn Rly station, public transportation and good eateries. The new building is well maintained. Wonderful complementary breakfast
