Food - one of the best restaurants i have had food at. The dinner buffet was the best. Fantastic non veg starters. Lot of variety in main course, desserts. Good variety for veg too Breakfast buffet was also excellent. From South Indian to Continental lot of varieties to choose from Overall food was excellent, mildly spiced and really tasty to eat. The bathroom door doesn't close properly. Valet parking needs supervision

Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Our group of 6 was accommodated in 3 rooms directly next to one another. Checking in at 11pm and paying right then and there instead of during check-out was not a problem.

We had discussed with the hotel (twice: via phone and during check-in at 11pm) that some of us would be leaving very early the next morning (6:40am) to catch a train, leaving no room for delays. We were assured that even though the breakfast usually starts at 07:00am, coffee would be available to us at 06:30am. When we came down to the restaurant at 06:30am, making our 2 coffees took them 7 minutes, so we only had 3 minutes to gulp down our coffees. Having clearly stated our requirement repeatedly beforehand, we were a bit disappointed that this was not handled more professionally :(

Staff and staff and staff Top to bottom all staff members ware extremely helpful . Specially restaurant staff Service was exceptional. We should be thankful to Restaurant manager and chefs being so helpful to us when I had some issue with my stomach. They ware kind enough to do special preparations and make ginger and various other drinks to ease my problem. They always give individual attention to customers which I did not see in most other hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and don’t forget to visit their restaurant for dinner.

Breakfast was lavish. It had everything in its menu. I specially liked chicken sausage.

Initially, the AC was not cooling enough. But when I informed the receptionist, he immediately attended to the problem and got it rectified. Thereafter, it was working fine. Gym was a bit clumsy. The AC was not working in the gym.

Great Location.FAcing the Coimbatore North Train Junction at walking distance. Good breakfast spread.Conveniently located close to the Brookfield Mall where I caught alate night movie.

As most hotels need to catch up with Visual media, Kiscol needs to catch up too.Cable TV is the past.Embrace OTT and give access to hotel guests to platforms such as Netlfix etc which viewers can either view with their accounts or for a fee pay using the hotel's. Had Grilled Veg sandwich for lunch.While the size was good,the sandwich with toasted white bread(could offered me a choice of wheat or white bread!) came with refrigerator cold veggie stuffing robbing the whole thing of its taste. Moreover,quicker response to changing bulbs in the bathroom or TV would be appreciated(had to call twice for both!).

The room was clean and our stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with tons of varieties and everything was delicious. The location was good too; overall a very good stay

The washroom could have been cleaned better and stocked with more facilities like shower caps and laundry bags.

Ultimate room size, aesthetics, design, cleanliness, tidy washrooms, door facility between shower bath and toilet . Room service, Restaurant breakfast buffet service and quality also to be given Kudos to the Hotel's Management. Cheers Kiscol

The staff are all amazing. The entrance lobby of the hotel is very grand. The food was good.

The room was a bit tired. The aircon worked and was quiet - which is great - but you could not adjust it and so it was either very cold or non-existent. I had a conversion plug which kept falling out of the socket - it did not do this at other hotels. The main problem was the pillows - hard lumps of rubbery something - impossible to sleep on. So I did not sleep all night properly and woke up with a giant headache.

The hotel & facilities were good. I have no complaints about it. But the booking process by booking.com was unsatisfactory. I had typed booking for 2 adults and one child. But in the end, the booking ID came out as for a single adult. Because of this error, I ended up paying slightly more than the amount shown
