Absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve booked many hotels and have never fully been sure if it’ll live upto the photos - in this case it was a 100% on point. Rooms were spacious and super clean, bathroom’s were lovely. Great customer service, staff were wonderful all round, the kitchen went out of their way to make almond milk from scratch for my breakfast coffee cause they didn’t have any nut milk. To top it all off when I forgot something in the locker and came back after checking out, the staff were super efficient and helped me retrieve it quickly. In room dining was delicious, again service was wonderful. Definitely coming back here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at O by Tamara Coimbatore, for the second time, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations even more than the first time! The room service was impeccable, with the staff promptly attending to my specific requests for oil and shampoo from my preferred brand. It's clear that the team prioritizes guest satisfaction. The spa experience was nothing short of ultimate bliss! Daya, the skilled masseur from the Coorg property, worked her magic, leveraging her expertise to provide a truly unforgettable experience. What sets O by Tamara Coimbatote apart is the genuine warmth and courtesy of the staff. It felt wonderful to be back, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay! Kudos to the entire team for creating a memorable experience! Recommendation: Don't miss the spa treatment with Daya! Only suggestion would be to ace their chefs for better food! its missing still.

The breakfast and food is very poor.

This is a new hotel with good facilities. I booked a family room which is perfectly sized for a family of 4. There are 2 double beds which are very good. Breakfast is excellent with good food and a lot of variety. Swimming pool is perfect for kids (4 feet depth only). Excellent parking facilities. The staff are courteous and very professional. There is a restaurant outside the hotel operating very late hours. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. I had a sudden corporate meeting called and the facility manager Mr. John arranged a very good meeting room for me in a very short time, I mention this and convey my special thanks to him for the same.

Just Amazing! Here became the best in our hotel experience. Room is enogh big for family, TV is already they setting well so childens are never boring, complimentary water, tea coffee is enogh quantity they provided. Good quality natural amenities they giving us. I mean almost hotels not provide but they are provided, for example we are 2 adults and 2 childens and they give us 4 towels and small towels each also in our room already. Coffee and teas are few choice and totals 15 pack. It was really makes us happy. Bathroom Amenities are made by wooden, hairdryer, weight machine etc... These are really surprised for us with that pricing. That price is may be high In coimbatore compare with other hotels but still really affordable price. Breakfast is really taisty all food, Room service is very kind and polite and amazing taste. Thank you for give us good experience!

The staff is attentive, handling issues promptly. A complaint about a sandwich was addressed by the chef and manager, who replaced it and waived the charge—commendable service. The breakfast spread is diverse, with the chef engaging with guests. The hotel’s WhatsApp updates on room cleaning were a thoughtful touch. However, the rooms felt small, and a French bay window could add space, though that’s a structural change. The lack of a kids' section might be a drawback for some. The gaurds too are very attentive and helpful not the ones coughing for a tip. Cannot find faults with any department so kudos to the management for that. Will definitely come back.

Great place, worth the money, extremely well trained and polite staff and exceptional service. Special mention for the chef who organised a special local meal for us which had local dishes with impeccable flavour. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help us in having a traditional banana leaf meal, and that too at such reasonable rates! Unfortunately not able to remember the chefs name, but he was really really helpful. Also the front desk/reception staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean as well!

Beautiful and spacious room that is functional and nicely designed. Spotless clean and calm. I was most impressed by their effort to be sustainable. No plastic shampoo bottles (very practical dispensers), no plastic water bottles, but glass bottles (and not just 1 bottle but 3 and we could ask for more!). Even the dental kit didn’t contain any plastic, but bamboo toothbrushes and toothpaste in recycled paper. They also run most of their power from their solar panels. Thank you for setting such a good example! All staff very efficient and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only regret we have is that it was too short.

Liked Facility a decent hotel, decent Buffet. Very Good Restaurant Manager , had shown us around the facility. Thanks sir. Also Executive chef Mr Bala was great and helpful. Also principal chef who was with us guiding the buffet breakfast himself made cheese omelet for us. Thanks sir. Car parking and security at the gate was great and quick. Great staff team well trained.

The below are not compliants only opportunities to improve. 1. No EV charging facility. 2.corridor have no AC 3. No dust bin in toilet 4.No opportunity or offer for room upgrade 5.only single access card. If my family member at the room I can go down and come back in the lift. 6.Sudden changes in price 7. Cofee and Tea rates in the menu was 175 each but we were charged 217each. 8.we could not adjust the room ac and it was cold in the night

GROOM THEM, ENCOURAGE THEM AND MAKE THEM TO GIVE THEIR BEST IN THERE RELEVANT JOB PROFILE (FRONT OFFICE, FOOD BEVARGE, ROOM SERVICE AND ALL OTHER RELEVANT DEPARTMENT) ASSCOIATED WITH THE HOTEL. ALSO LANDASCAPING AND CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS GREEN ENVIRONMENT AND CONTRIBUTE TO CURTAIL POLLUTION.

Everything The staff in all departments -restaurant, check in, front office and housekeeping. The cleanliness, food, helpful staff. Well maintained hotel. The food was amazing-great spread and tasty. Also staff in restaurant willing to go the extra mile and make sure you are served to your liking. The front office staff -so helpful and easy, no fuss during check in and check out.
