It’s location about 15 mins drive from the city centre, makes for super tranquil vibe - Exceptionally hospitable staff, you will be made to feel so very special that you won’t want to leave! - Great food at the restaurant Staff got to know i was staying there for my birthday, and they made the day super speaking for me in many ways! ♥️ Whenever i go back to Dalhousie, will stay here ONLY! Already recommended to friends & family!

Appreciation for the exceptional experience my stay at your hotel provided. Loved the service, right from the time we entered till exit. The staff has been very friendly ensuring to be great assistance at every stage. The food there was amazing. Must try their Rasmalai, their Himachal Chicken Curry. Amazing spread during breakfast

All booking agent not clear we faith on your property and services not for agent but when agent guide wrong right but any misunderstanding by guest your all services good but don't any help you contact to your agent you know agent give us many choices but we select your property why ???? Give some power to your staff then he give good results

Only your room alot by agent it's your agent problem if we give upgrade your room we will charge extra you have 30 room available for upgrade we chege your brand in on line not room

Excellent hotel and the staff was extra courteous. The food is excellent whether you order inform dining or the buffet. Excellent facilities including heated swimming pool . The bathrooms shower had good pressure and the water was hot. As this is about 3 KM away from the main square the parking is not an issue and the very serene view of the valley.

We had a leisure stay from 12 August 2022 -14 August 2022. The property is really good and have comfy rooms. The food of the hotel is great too however i find buffet little costly it could be been priced better....The property however is mapped wrongly on gps which caused a problem for us while reach out to it specially when you came to place for first time. The road leading to this property is slip road and is quite narrow and at times get jammed too......The overall stay was quite good with great view from my room.. Sharing pics for reference.. The amenities is good too however i found housekeeping service to be slow and unresponsive . you have to follow them up to get the job done ….

Polite and helpful staff. Deepika from the front desk was caring and looking after our requirements diligently. The buffet spread was good and they even packed us the breakfast since we checked out in the early morning. The hotel arranged a few activities for family which is a plus.

The staff was courteous and the property was spacious and clean. In-room amenities were good, with heating/cooling as per the weather. The food was good, and the staff kept enquiring whether the guests were comfortable with the quality / quantity of food.

The food portions were not proper, most of the occasions there was wastage of food.

Dalhousie What a amazing holiday at the Hotel Fortune Park, Dalhousie. Location is just just great, with Amazing hospitality, super delicious breakfast, & above all Dinner, If item is not available in buffet, u can ask & chef will prepare anything & everything specifically for u guys. "Overall staff was very courteous and all the requirements were promptly addressed. Love the fact the property is with the view of devdar trees and eco friendly" . Just outstanding exterior location too. Live karoke singer at restaurant "MR SUNNY" was just extra ordinary who sung very very very well & made our evening very lovely & romantic. We would like to thank for all the outstanding service on just a call to Chef Mr Sunil Kumar Chef Mr Sandeep Kumar, Restaurant & Bar staff Mr Ajay, Mr Akshay thakur, Mr Akshay Sharma, Mr Ram, (best for all his outstanding service) & all the rest staff members of the restaurant are just amazing with there services & who all made our breakfast & dinner more outstanding, amazing, & beautiful by there amazing services just on demand of anything, I will say that every Intern must learn Hospitality from this guys, It is for all guest to Must go place @ Hotel Fortune Park , Dalhousie. (H.P). A Beautiful, Romantic, Niche, Calm & Decent Place with grace and grandeur. Location is lovely, with Excellent Choice of various types authentic state Cuisine with wide enough spread Buffet.
