The location is a bit far from Dalhousie which sometimes becomes difficult in snowy conditions.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing visit. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to both the head chef and junior chef—the food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care and attention to detail. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Small but cozy place nestled in the mountains. Great views, courteous and smiling staff. Vipan was exceptional as in his proactiveness and courteousness. Food was also impressive. Overall good place for max 2 nights stay

Nothing in particular. The place is slightly away from main area and the approach road 7km from IT Fortune is in bad shape and small. Rooms could have been slightly bigger.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing, really loved the food, the rooms are lovely and so is the view from the rooms. The staff was very polite well behaved n professional. I was visiting with my female friends and we felt very safe in the property.

Road to the location can be improved.

The location is great and the sight from the bedroom window of the duplex chalet was awesome. The staff and the owner are super friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the room and they went above and beyond to deliver it even after checkout. The snooker table was also enjoyed by all., and the chef even made food to order off menu, taking into account our dietary preferences. Overall a great experience.

The road leading to the property is a bit broken as it is a remote hillside location - great for scenery, but best if you have a taxi or are accustomed to mountain driving.

The staff went out of their way to help us. Excellent service provided by Vipan. The location is wonderful and the facilities are exceptional. Food was fresh and appetising.

The location is great, it is situated on outskirts of Dalhousie. The environment is quite peaceful. Has all the facilities, food is good, staff is very helpful and polite. Bathroom was super clean

The road to the property from Dalhousie is narrow and bumpy, if that gets repaired there should be no second thoughts to visit this beautiful hotel
