Hotel Sukoon is not on a busy road, but walking to a major road is easy and there are eateries nearby. I liked the old world feel of the hotel.

The front desk staff seemed inefficient and there wan't good ambience in the public area of the hotel.

Good clean rooms. Worth the price. The staff was helpful. Quite near to the parade ground which is a huge plus.

The location of this place is top class, away from noise and still accessible to the main market. The room is super spacious and clean. The bed is the best spring mattress you'd ever lay in. The room service is prompt and even the food is great and not even expensive.

Staff was good mannered, but a little unethusiatic to host. They lacked happiness/optimism. Although they fullfilled all our request, they did everything good, but they all seemed a bit uninterested.

Food is extremely good. The location is as their name sukoon.

Its one of iconic property to stay with great history. Facility and rooms are superbly designed. Room sizes are quite big for this price. Staff is very cooperative & supportive. Tea is highly recommended! Food is supoerb too and you dont need to go out :-)

poor bed sheets, poor bath room as water was being choked They enen not provide bottle of water/or never ask for water/tea bag/milk bag after check in. bed sheets are too old that shows the low standard
