The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to Clock Tower, Paltan Bazzar and many prominent places in Dehradun. Ample parking space was available at the property. The reception staff was welcoming and they helped me with planning our day for local sight seeing. The room was clean and comfortable. The food and breakfast were tasty. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

Management and staff were extremely helpful. Our flight got canceled and we arrived at hotel at 4: o AM and staff waited. Rajiv Gupta the owner made sure. Meals are excellent. Service is superb. A well designed hotel with one of the few hotels that provides hand towel and bath mats, tea and coffee facilities. As a motel operator ourselves we are impressed.

Awesome Boutique Property & a complete value for money . Some of the best features of this Hotel are ;-- Spacious rooms Upstandard designer bathrooms Water kettle of 5 lts kept in the room Clean Property Excellent service levels Budget Price but Premium Rooms Breakfast was of good quality Not on the main road but still not far away from the main road . One can walk down , takes 5 mins One of the very special feature I found here is the lighting ✨️ 🙌 👌 Inside the room the same switch when switched on & off three times , it shows a different lighting each time . 2nd unique lighting is inside the bathroom where the mirror shows a blue light , when you touch it 💙 then there is light from the mirror which looks really beautiful . It's a very unique concept from the hotel owner . I wanted to take a video but could not do so . 3rd good feature is the extra Spacious rooms which can be really useful when large families book here during wedding or any other occasion. My special thanks to Mr.Gupta for spending those lovely time with me , Enjoyed the discussion thoroughly . Now I have become a Permanent guest of The Park Residency 🙏🌈✅️♥️ Dehradun , Uttarakhand . The property was in a very good location, 5-10 minutes away from the main market ( Paltan Bazaar ). The staff were very hospitable. You may also rent two wheelers through them and explore the city as per your convenience.

The surroundings were very noisy, lots of street dogs howling throughout the day and the people drive very rashly near the gate of the stay.

The property is very well maintained and the staff is very prompt in their services. The breakfast had a good spread and was well prepared. The owner was very courteous and took good care. He also arranged for a rental scooty for us and ensured that we had warm clothing if we wanted to go further to mussouri. He also alerted us about the parking rules. The room was already kept ready for our check-in and we didn't have to wait at the reception. Infact the owner called us in advance to confirm our arrival and allowed us early check-in. The room was spacious, and bathroom was super clean. Car parking space is ample within the hotel at ground floor level. The location of the hotel is somewhat in a residential area, however it is very near to Paltan Bazar and the way to Mussoorie so it played to our advantage.

The complimentary bathroom kit and tea kit could be made better.

I don t understand wenn the staff do nothing why it is not possible quick to clean a little bit the room and throughout the rubbish ! The breakfast room was very pitty and the breakfeast self was too pitty ...we ate outside ...perhaps it will be nice from the staff to ask the customer "it is ok" " did you have a good night" instead all time juste "your booking Sir" "passport" and "you have to pay now" that India typical is .

The checkin was super smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The room had all the essential amenities like luggage rack, electric kettle, tea, milk and sugar sachets, etc. I had ordered food from their in house restaurant which was quite great. The room service was also good. The complimentary breakfast offered was also good with good variety. Overall a great value for money stay.

staff were so cordial and helpful , location is ideal for sight seeing around dehradoon,they provide all basic amenities, must try food, serves u yummy breakfast that can full ur tummy.

doormat was not given, room size can be bit larger in size with much more wide windows.

Room was neat and clean Buffet breakfast was good.

Some of staff who came for luggage pick up was reluctant to pick because there were many luggage more than their expectations.its not actually acceptable behaviour from a hotel staff..and the manager need to be little polite towards visitors.

Staff were courteous. Beds were good. Hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was good.

Not much to dislike at this price point. Restaurant was not open during my stay but you could order from them. Location is ok.
