Decent service. Hotel staff were very helpful. Overall a good stay. Rooms were also very comfortable. The manager went out of his way to make the stay comfortable.

Geysers in the washroom were slow in functioning. The property needs to add an in house restaurant to enable dining options though in room dining facilities were available.

The Hotel is very clean with friendly well behaved staff and the Manager Mr. Chandranath Chatterjee’s personal care and involvement and leadership made all that difference . Heartiest congratulations to him. Food also is very tasty.

The staff must be trained in English or Hindi for better communication with visitors.Hospitility and cooperation are excellent. Little improvement for Dinning and kitchen facilities. Wishing for better service in near future.Allotted the best.

Very helpful staff. A special mention of Chandan Chatterjee (manager) who was very helpful and hospitable. He also guided us with sight seeing and our temple visits. A kind gentlemen. Enjoyed our stay here!!!!

Only suggestion is to improve the food.

The staff is superb helpful, location is good within reach of temple and city center away from crowd. Newly build property with miner issues.

There is no intercom in rooms and no restaurant.

Noise free location, specious room most important neat and clean washroom with good flow of water. Staff behavior is full of supporting specially Mr.chatargee have good manner of hospitality.

Little far of baba dham mandir.

Cleanliness and comfort. Rooms were very good and spacious

Food charges were high. Sandwich costing 150 and don't have chatni and potato.

Everything is EXCELLENT, all the staff are friendly and cooperative and Manager Mr Chatterjee is a nice and helpful person.
