The hotel was very neat and tidy, sufficient parking facilities were available. The counter staff were very co-operative and helpful. They had even guided me in having a good darshan of BABA DHAM, which is located very closely to the hotel. A share auto costing Rs.20/- per head was sufficient to reach the Dham. The room was spacious with all amenities including coffee kettle with sufficient materials. The toilet was very clean with good functionality. The supply of toiletries was also perfect. The view from my room was quite good. AC was fine. Room was very clean. The House keeping staff were very cooperative. I have to name Ms. Loni who was the best and most helpful housekeeping staff during my stay. There is a restaurant on the first floor which serves multicuisine food. The food was very good. I liked the way the chef came to us for enquiring about the food quality. Even the lady who had served us in the restaurant was quite helpful and took personal care of us. The location of the hotel is excellent with good connectivity to various places. Overall, the hotel is perfect for a family stay and is safe and worth for value. excellent room service coupled with excellent foods, helping us to visit baidyanath dham and other places, washing clothes at short notices and practically every service that you can think of. i stayed in bigger hotels in many cities but i could get maximum satisfaction and value for money in this hotel only. bravo, keep it up.

only thing that i always desired that cross ventilation should be excelent when you don't run AC, particularly in winter. this specific problem is persisting in all hotels of india including 5 star hotels.

Imperial is a beautiful hotel to live in Deogarh and it got clean, spacious & beautiful rooms. Hotel is in the Center of the city and walkable distance to temple. AC was awesome & hot water too. The twilight restaurant staff members are so kind and courteous to help all customers. We love the food during the breakfast and also items from the menu during the dinner. Sulabh Banerjee & Sanjeeth from Restaurant took care of us in every bit and made us to feel homely. Ashutosh & Shivam from at Lobby were always helped in many areas. Very good hospitality, tasty good, hygienic & clean rooms and all facilities are awesome. I love to go back to Imperial again.

Non polluting area of city and free from traffic jam, transport availability easy, nearby restaurants,markets and railway station, only 8-9 kilometres from airport and 2 kilometres from Baba Baijnath Dham. Breakfast specialties seen only here hot PRANTHAS as per demand rather pre cooked and kept in hot case

Limited breakfast, huge scope for additional items. Only one cut fruit (must be minimum three),only one fresh juice (must be two)

Add Some more options in the meals.. Try to Get some North Indian Food. You will be more attached. Staff is Perfect No Doubt but they sometimes gets confused when someone asks for something.. Try to make things up to the mark at front.. 2 Person for serving 2 for Order Purpose in Breakfast N Rest For Other Work

Liked everything about the hotel from cleanliness to service

My only concern was the packed breakfast that was given .. how would someone survive on just a pair of mayo sandwich.. they could pack atleast two pairs .. fruit was one very very tiny apple... we had to leave early to take our flight .. so had requested for packed breakfast.. Thank you!

Its ambience, cleanliness and prompt service. Lock of may bag got jammed, which could be done with the help of hotel staff. Also its location. It is very near from Baba Dham, yet away from choas near Baba Dham.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Additional requirements of Bathroom stool for bathing were promptly addressed. Breakfast was served beyond the closing time too. Reception staff Mr. Prabhakar and Ms. Divya were very co-operative and always attended with a smile.
