Location and food quality. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate but vegetarian only.

Except for the Revenue Manager Priya, other staffs encountered in the hotel were too aggressive and cannot smile!!! Though none of them misbehaved, they somewhat follow a stereotyped advice of the management and so cannot deviate on some specific request. Because of my high fever I requested for just 1 hr late check-out, but the way the reception bargained and allowed 30 mins, shows he cannot do anything but follow the advice of his superiors. The bedsheet and pillow covers need to be changed.

The location was excellent and the temple was in a walking distance. The hotel ambience was good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has arranged a priest on request which was really helpful. The breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner options were good. I reached the hotel midnight 02:30 and the reception guy has made arrangements for easy check-in.

Nothing much to complain, very satisfied with the hotel. But maybe the room service people must have loaded the coffee and tea stuff by themselves without requesting for that.

Staff were helpful. Clean hotel. Close to temple. Excellent restaurant. Good value for money. Love the bright colours. Rooms were neat. Good hot water.

The bath and toilet are in one space. If you shower the toilet gets wet. Please separate. No credit card facility for visa or mastercard for foreigners with no prior warning.

The facilities of the heotel was really well maintained and clean. Location was just perfect very close to the Temple and other places. Well trained staff and friendly. Highly recommended.

The music in the morning was too loud which was a wake up call and it was hearable in the rooms too. This could be avoided.

The location the food and the overall ambience was perfectly blended with the aura of baba baidyanath and the whole journey was memorable

The rooms were comparatively small and felt little congested where there are no windows rest everything was good

absolutely amazing property. staff is cordial and friendly. amenities are good for a stay. food served is also very tasty. had a great experience. all of us were senior citizens and were taken care. mandir was nearby

We booked deluxe room, but then changed the rooms to premier and suite type. The staff were very helpful to make the changes. The rooms were excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Foods we ordered were very delicious. We are very pleased with the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff. All of them were very polite and helpful.

The prices of foods could be a little cheaper.
