Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The South Indian varieties were really good. However, the filter coffee was such a disappointment. Bring in Bangalore you cannot not make good filter coffee. The dosas, danish , vadas were really good. The ala carta menu for lunch and dinner can include more vegetarian options. The snacks menu for evening is non existent. Around 5pm we felt like having snacks and there was literally nothing other than what was on the menu for lunch and dinner as snacks. The pool here is not temperature controlled and it felt very cold when we used it around 11am.

Absolutely beautiful hotel nestled in the foothills which are visible from almost anywhere on the property making for stunning views and Instagram-able pictures! But what I really loved about it was the absolutely serene atmosphere which is very conducive to truly disconnecting from work and life. Rooms are spacious and highly functional - we were upgraded to the Bungalow from our original Heritage room which was a welcome surprise! What really stands out (apart from the gorgeous views) is the warm and generous hospitality by the entire staff from the arrival desk to the restaurant - they made us feel like we were the only guests on the property (although that was not the case) and were extremely accommodating to all requests. Special thanks to Chef Hemant, Mohit and Tanishta for taking such good care of us! All in all, I am very glad I chose this place for a quick getaway from the city and would come back again. Would 10/10 recommend this spot for a relaxing holiday!

(1) Given that there's not much to do in and around the property location, some more activities in the property would have been nice. But not too bad since part of the idea was to just relax and not do much! (2) Minor annoyance - the key cards kept getting de-magnetized. I didn't have it near my phone or any other device, but had to re-magnetize the card 3-4x in one day.

The property is beautiful and just below the nandi hills. We stayed in the bunglow, which was spacious and had all top-class amenities. It had two large tv , while not needed added certain majestic appeal. The staff was courteous. We stayed two nights with half board option. The buffet spread was good, but the menu was almost identical on both days.

There are not many activities (apart from swimming) to do, so it gets little boring after a while

The view isn't as great as marketed. While the website promises breathtaking views of Nandi hills from balconies, in reality most rooms of the resort have courtyard views, or even worse like in our case in a bungalow, a blank wall just outside the balcony (you'd have to strain your neck to get a peek of Nandi hills beyond the opposite wall)

1. Great location 2. Excellent staff and warm welcome ( since it was scorching hot myself and my partner were treated with great lemonade) 3. Rooms : impeccable design , great interiors , very user friendly , amazing toiletries, great shower design , crystal clean beds and spreads. 3. Food - we went for Sunday brunch amazing range of dishes ( loved the seafood especially) amazing morning buffet as well. 4. Recreation - the property had amazing gym , glow hockey , billiards table , table tennis , oh yeah the property has Play station experience too ( never expected that ) . We had a great time exploring all these . 5. Ambience - I must say this can be one of the great signature getaways , the poolside bar was the feather to the crown , amazing to take walks inside the property . 6. Staff - starting from the reception , the chefs made sure we had good time from checking on us occasionally ( that was really great ) ,the service staff , the cleaning staff , the recreation area staff were all of top notch .

1. The cycles in the property were not in good condition as I had planned a ride in the morning . Despite reminding the staff 3-4 times one cycle was not in working condition found a bit off for an excellent property like this . 2. The location of pool .

Facilities, breakfast , cleanliness and response from the staff members. I would like to make a special mention of Sathyam who was available at all times to solve our problems. He even offered to decorate the room on the occasion of my husband's b'day. Anjali was very helpful with regard to booking of the room , upgradation and also in providing late checkout. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The taxi driver drive very fast which was unnecessary and was uncomfortable in the ghats of nandi hills .

The location was excellent and made our visit truly enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety to start the day. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Avikash did an exceptional job and was always there for us whenever we needed assistance. Chill out and want to Relax!!.. It's Mulberry shades .. Fantastic experience ..The view from room was awesome. Rooms are spacious and the staff hospitality is at its best. The food was tasty and cook Mr.Hemant and Mr. Girish are doing a great job.... The ambience is really good .. a pleasant environment which gives positive energy to us. You can have best time out to spend quality time with your loved ones.. The collection of books kept in are great ... Over all fantabulous stay !!

Absolute bliss. Everything is absolutely perfect. From food, rooms, facilities and most importantly the staff. To name a few from the restaurant Terra are Ajung, Ronie, Rahul, Prajapati and their team leader Vishwesh. Ritwik at the front desk was just amazing. They offer free trips to Nandi hills sunrise point and what surprised us was the beautifully packed picnic box n coffee that was offered during our trip to Nandi hills. Coming back soon.
