Food was good - hot, fresh, tasty

Mattress in the room could have been better. Location a bit out of the way. Had a tough time finding the property. Booking confirmation and other messages from the property came with two different addresses. This caused some confusion

Breakfast was excellent. Room was good. Nice Ambiance

Vehicles will not reach till the hotel. The road end 100 meters above the property and need to park there. Then you have to use staircase to reach the property. Hotel will help you to get luggage's to and from room. If old age/senior citizen will have trouble in case if they accompany with travelers.

Staff is very cooperative, Breakfast served was excellent (delicious & hot) with breath taking view from the terrace. Also mesmerising view of the mountain and valley from the room will take to the next world.

In Bathroom, the water heater is not working properly, like we have to wait till hours for warm water, at the end hotel staff are so cooperative, they provide hot water buckets from outside. Also the room size is smaller than shown in the pictures at the time of the booking.

Great location, good view, decent prices, decent size rooms, had all basic hotel facilities in the room, bed, side tables, a chair and table, extra blanket and tv, they also provided soap and towels.

cleanliness, our sheets were stained and had tiney holes, and the wc could be slightly more clean plastic water bottles every time i asked for water as they did not have refills because more plastic= more pollution

Our stay has been peaceful. Staffs were well behaved & efficient in service. Vicky & Amrit had been a good host. Food was good. Management was also helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Mountain view was breathtaking.

Only problem was Google maps. Instead contact hotel for exact location

The location was beautiful. It was away from the market noise but you can see the market and the hills from room. The balcony also was clean with chair and tables and faced directly to the hills The hotel even arranged a scooter for us to travel we did pay for that but it was amazing how everything was arranged quickly.

There is no lift. You have to take stairs

2 kms from Dalai Lama Temple in Mcleodganj with great views of the mountains. Good room service.

The room could be cleaner and needs some small fix-up to make the room look better.

Staff are very friendly with guests . The location is good and food too

They must have credit card payment channel . POS machine is not there.

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Dinner and in-room food were fine but the breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very cooperative and the receptionist named Abhishek was very gentle.

The cleanliness of the room can be better.
