I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Revanta, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, offering breathtaking views of the valley. The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and warm hospitality—they went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious food with a side of stunning panoramic views. The location is peaceful, just a short drive from McLeod Ganj market, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy tranquility without being too far from the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, catering to various tastes.

The staff were lovely - very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the view from the balcony and waking up to birds singing in the morning. The location of the hotel is pretty good, far enough from the center to be peaceful, but just a 15-minute taxi ride away from everything.

While the SPA staff was very nice and friendly, their massage therapist (who was also lovely) didn't seem trained at all. I would strongly recommend skipping the massage at the hotel.

Actually nothing. The stay was comfortable for us. And we were taken care of. One thing to note - There are two wings in the hotel. One wing has lift going up to one level and another from another level. You may see ground level of the other wing on the 2nd level of first wing. You realize it when taking the lift up to 4th level or 6th level. You have to change the lift. This is not a bad thing but one can get confused - so make a mental note when checking in.

Excellent room with an excellent view! The location is great for those who want a view of the valley. The clouds seem to come right into your room! The rooftop bar and restaurant are very good. The staff are well trained and very attentive. Comfortable bed, good linen, and excellent room facilities.

Bathroom drainage needs clearing. The swimming pool is too small to swim laps, and of course, everyone just jumps into the pool with all their regular clothes on - no swimsuits or pre-swim showers.

Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. When it comes to dining at the restaurant, the variety offered is simply outstanding. From sumptuous breakfast spreads featuring an array of international delicacies to tantalizing lunch and dinner options showcasing both local flavors and global cuisines, there is something to please every palate. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the hotel boasts a prime location offering breathtaking views of majestic mountains and stunning sunsets. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

I really appreciated staying at Best Western Mcleod Ganj, all of the staff were extremely helpful & kind. The manger welcomed us into the hotel, the chef specifically enquired about our dietary preferences, the staff ensured our stay was comfortable and even provided a fire for warmth on the roof top restaurant as we stayed in the colder months.

Nothing to not like about this comfortable, clean and well catered for environment. The Taxi takes about 15 minutes to get to the market and Dalai Lama Temple at Mcleod Ganj and the drivers were always accomodating.

Exceptional staff! Each and every person working at the hotel goes the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Most properties in this price range are the same in terms of facilities, the differentiator is the service. Here, they are excellent!

While the buffet is excellent, certain a la carte preparations could be better. Certain structural issues in public areas perhaps need repair over the long term.

Very humble and polite staff. This is one of the best hotels in Mcloadgunj if you're looking for good luxurious stay. We booked this for my birthday and the hotel made it special by offering us a complimentary cake on the occasion. Meenakahi, Kamalpreet from the restaurants were extra caring and sweet. Anlush from the front desk was a young energetic chap who was alwys there to help. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Staff super welcoming and always willing to correct any complaints. Keran and Arti in the restaurant were very attentive to our likes and dislikes. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular !

The hotel was freezing cold and we had to be supplied with a heater. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Food as we were on half board was very repetitive on a 3 day cycle only.
