Food was very good, Good spread of items in Breakfast. we had taken dinner twice and we enjoyed all that we ordered. Overall it was good experience staying at the property.

Service was a bit slow and at times we had to complain as it took very long time after we order any item. Seems staff was less in nos, so they couldn't cope up. Moreover, there was no place in entire Hotel where our group can sit and play cards or games, and they wouldn't allow us to sit in any public area.

Excellent staff, helpful and attentive. The games room closed for a wedding ceremony, but seeing my son's disappointed face, the staff broke off from their duties to set up the table tennis table especially for him. Desk staff and tourist adviser were knowledgeable and restaurant staff alert. The room was comfortable and the views from our balcony superb. The facilities (eg garden, pool, games room and gym) exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Compared with 5 star hotels in the are, this hotel offered superb value for money.

Absolutely everything starting from polite staff to great menu option to the flexibility to extend additional support case of need. We had a incident where we had to check out next day and i had a issue where my clothes has some major haldi stain but due to the laundry timing closed, i was worried this will destroy. But i was so much surprised with the extended help provided by the staff by first bringing chemicals and then taking my clothes during off timing and getting it done within 45 min before my check out. I felt so amazed with their services. I would definitely recommend each and everyone to go blindly with booking your stay with them for a wonderful and a life time experience. The breakfast was excellent. The variety of food and courteous behavior of staff made for a pleasant experience! The concierge staff - Sonya and Pooja were extremely helpful and efficient in planning out a detailed itinerary for us. Likewise, Maninder was superb while checking in! Thanks to all staff at this lovely place. 🙏🏾

I would appreciate a hand held shower in the bathroom!

The food was wonderful--some of it was a bit oily (like the puris)--however the chef and staff were open to feedback and made something different very quickly.

Some of the guests were quite loud in their use of public facilities--but I guess that is not something you can change?! Also, there needs to be more options and information on activities that are not restricted to a car/guide or a few locations.

To begin with, the reception was aromatic with the most pleasing scent. The staff there was hospitable and courteous. My daughter took care of the billing and the orders. At 12, I wanted her to learn but It required patience. The staff assisted in my ambition with utmost forbearance. About the rooms. They are very well-kept. The adjoining balcony, opening to the view of majestic Dhauladhars is a site, the eyes can't take off from. The restaurant staff needs cheering as well. The food is incredible along with the presentation and fondness they feed. After having stayed with most of the known names in tourism in Himachal. This place tops the list in terms of warmth spread by the staff and their life skills.

All of it with all the people around. We came for a night but it made us extend for another day.

All was great

Entire staff were very cooperative. Chef Naresh made some local specialized dishes for us, which were extremely delicious. Rooms were comfortable with nice views.

Renovation work was going on so during day time it was noisy.

Breakfast was very good. All your officers and staffs were indeed excellent.

Location wise it was so so. Secondly, it was indeed difficult to remember the pathway to reach out rooms by using various elevators at different building blocks having marked level 1, 2 … and level (-1), (-2) ….. etc which we felt a bit confusing.
