My stay at Mirage Grand in Dharamshala was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner meticulously maintained. I felt reassured knowing that hygiene was a top priority, especially during these times. However, what truly stood out to me was the hotel's prime location. Situated amidst the breath taking landscapes of Dharamshala, the hotel offered stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Whether it was exploring the local markets or indulging in nature walks, the convenience of the location added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Overall, my experience at Mirage Grand exceeded my expectations, and I cannot wait to return with my family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dharamshala for an unforgettable stay.

Decided to try them in spite of some poor reviews. Within minutes we realised the bad reviews were malicious and untrue. The rooms are as presented in the photographs, the food is good and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff.

The views could arguably be better, but our intention was to get out and about not to sit back at the hotel looking at the view. In conclusion, then, the views weren’t an issue for us.

I stayed in the mountain view room and gosh! Sunset was really breath taking. We enjoyed the famous mountain sunlight during the chilly winters in our balcony. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean and staff is very gentle. Hotel has a good parking space and an easy approach from anywhere. They also helped me in renal scooter and also with the taxi to drop me back. I'll rate my stay +10. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super location, five min walk to the Dal Lake. Friendly staff. Pretty view from room balcony. Basic non-fancy breakfasts, like bread-omelette or aloo paratha, with homely cooking and efficient service.

Rooms aren't too sound-proof, so expect to be disturbed by any raucous guests talking loudly at night in the corridor. Thankfully, this happened only once in four nights.

The hotel is at a very peaceful location. I really enjoyed the sunset straight from my balcony. The entrance has a little waterfall that can be heard throughout the premises which gives a very soothing vibe. Staff is very polite and supportive, they guide in a very good way. Cleanliness was really top notch. The best thing I experienced was the food, and really at affordable rates.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near Dal Lake. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The staff's service was excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.

The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly, offering suggestions about popular food joints in the area and providing us with all the necessary local information. The room was neat and tidy.

To reach the hotel, there is a steep road of around 10 m from the main road which was scary. Once you reach the hotel, it has a good view of the nature.

I had to book it at short notice only for a night because of some troubles with my travel schedule, but it was a great find. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and there was a tiny waterfall at the entrance that I could hear from the room. But the best thing is the proximity to the lake. It offers a very nice morning stroll. It's a great value for money.

This hotel is very close to Dal Lake, surrounded by greenery. It’s a peaceful place, and the staff is good and cooperative. I have a three-year-old baby, and if I request food to be prepared according to my baby's needs, they accommodate it.

We love our stay at Mirage grand. Staff was humble and supportive throughout our stay especially Ishan Sir (Manager). Overall amazing experience. The best thing about this place is that Beautiful ambience with the budgeted stay. One can explore this place while planning a budget trip.
