Cannot comment too much as only stayed one night for 8 hours but was impressed with the size of the room and bathroom. Towel and toiletries were included. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Will consider using again if back in Dharamshala. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station hence the reason for choosing it to catch an early bus.

Great location near to Main chowk in Dharamshala. Awesome service from Bunty and Vicky who manage the place. One of the few places with an inhouse restaurant that serves good food. My early check-in request was also entertained by the owner without much hassle. Clean towels, unlike most hotels or hostels in Dharamshala I visited.

This is primarily a feedback for the owner. The property is old so the interiors and exteriors look okay, but can use renovation for a premium look and feel which they charge for. Reaping profits from the same property for years without investing back into it leads to the downfall of any business. An additional cleaning staff can help the other employees to focus on their prime jobs instead of the same people doing everything.

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff was very caring. We reached 4 hours before our check-in time and they arranged our stay in another room. Food was also tasty. Love to visit again ❤️ We stay in delux room and prices are also very affordable...

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting dharamshala....🥳🥳👍🙏

Great and very clean place, close to the bus stop, restaurants, cable cars, shops, FRRO office etc. but the absolute best part of this hotel is the incredible staff and the kind owner, this was one of the most welcoming hotels I’ve been to. I highly recommend this place!

Really beautiful location, a clean room at a very reasonable price attached with all nessesary facilities, with a garden view followed by a mountain view, a large, clean private bathroom with hot water, shower, towels, bars of soap etc, excellent, i.e. prompt, accurate and warm-hearted, management and service, very tasty meals served either in rooms or in the restaurant at very reasonable prices (I particularly enjoyed rajmah with herbs, spices and a sauce). We really enjoyed our stay there for 5 days.

Interruption of electricity supply happened sometimes, but almost always just for a short while.

Location is good and staff was helpful Our bus reached 4 hours early from chekin time and they were not having a room but still gave us a room anyhow at their own risk
